Today it's a quick trip into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Orlando. There are tons of things to buy when visiting a theme park, especially in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hogsmeade. So in this theme park vlog we take a closer look at my top suggestions.

Fun fact: they don’t repair your wand if it stops working. They just give you a new one. I’m a pretty clumsy witch so I’ve dropped mine a few times. They “repaired” it and all of the dents and scratches were gone. Not that anyone cares lol.

Yes it is. But if you can afford the travel there and purchase the tickets, you should not spare money on the actual cool things. If i would go there i would go all in. Robe , wand and all. :D But than i am from Germany. So if i can afford the flight and hotel i don´t care about a few hundret bugs for merchandise.

A 5X7 frame collage is a great way to display any postcards you bring home! And sadly when I asked the girl in the gift shop what she was in detention for she said she couldn't tell me and that almost no one ever asks them that. She kinda ruined the fun by not playing along.
What a bummer! I asked just today and the Hufflepuff team member said she stayed in the cafeteria too long.

We normally go in later in the month. We are usually in the store on a Saturday from 12 noon until about 3 PM or 4 PM. But, the wand holders are there all the time and on our Etsy store. Bientro

I'm there right now. It's pretty busy. Hogsmead and Diagon Alley are so packed you can hardly move inside stores. The rest of the park isn't as bad.

With regardes to the wands, I went in totally set on getting Draco’s but we got in the queue for olivanders thinking it was for the shop got into the show and I was ‘the chosen one’ not going to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t done it but honestly the best experience of my life I came out crying happy tears and with a wand that wasn’t a characters it felt like one just for me (even though it’s not it felt like that ya know🤷🏼♀️😂). 1000/10 would recommend as a MUST do even if you’re not the ‘chosen one’ :)
I have a frog phobia so no chocolate frogs for this girl..lol however I do love the pumpkin pasties and cake from honeydukes!!
10:16 Can you go through the parks and do a tour of the different lands, ie. New York, Production Central, WWHP, etc and pick which one is your favorite (besides Potter) in each park?? I think it would be really cool.

Rix Top 6 Restaurants/Activities in City Walk?
There's a long time we don't have a video of the main attractions. We've been there yesterday for the first time, and we didn't know if that big roller coster (not the green one) was too scary (it looks scary!!!), and we didn't know if the Krustyland ride was a good idea to go. Thanks! Love the channel!
Krustyland is definitely a no for me. It's a motion simulator, and not a very good one at that.
Hulk, the green coaster, is not in any way scary, but it does reach a 3 g-force, it's up to you.

@@nikki_rixflix9869 we are laying our last vocal tracks this week. Then final mixing, takes about a month, then mastering, which is a week. After that, we will begin production of Cds and doing a small run of vinyl. The Cds will take about a week to press. Really excited for this album. We are also going to re-record 6 off our first album, which you haven't heard. We only released as cds, no iTunes or spotify. Once the cds sold out, we decided to record the songs off that album that fit what we do now the best. None of us liked the production quality of the first. We have learned a lot since then, and upgraded our studio a lot. We have all recorded before this, but this was the first time we were responsible for actual engineering and producing. Also, we were still finding ourselves as song writers together on the first album. It was right before we made the switch to blues/blues-rock. That album set that direction for us. We came out of it thinking 'wow, this is very bluesy.' So, we just made the switch. We were a classic rock cover band before that album. Even now, some of our songs are not strictly blues, but enough blues elements are in the more rock type songs that it is ok. I will send you a link to a live video we did at our management's studio. 4 songs, all on new album, and interview. Just skip the interview....right in the middle, 2 songs, interview, 2 songs. Don't listen to my background vocals much....was getting over a cold....lol.

When I went to universal in orlando I bought a robe a wand from the choosing your own wand and I ate at the three broomsticks and I got butter beer and I went to diagon alley too and if you buy a robe a wand holder is inside of the robe

Top 6 sections of Universal's Islands Of Adventure (example: Toon Lagoon, Hogsmeade, Marvel Superhero Hero Island, Seuss Landing, Mythos/Poseidon's Fury, Jurassic Park, etc).
I got 2 of those. I chose to show house pride with a Hufflepuuf shirt, since I already had scarves from subscription boxes. Butterbeer is AMAZING! (I got frozen). I was chosen for the wand ceremony! (Of course I purchased the wand that chose me).

@@natefourreal well I got it from the studio tour here in the UK and paid more there, so I was just wondering if I bring my cup, would they still charge me the more expensive price in hogesmead even though I'm using my own cup (which Is exactly the same as the one they're selling)

I should have watched this video before going to Hogsmeade! My friends didn’t like it nearly as much as Diagon Alley, but I would have loved to have gone into the candy store and done a card trade!
Thursday convinced me never to visit Universal Orlando in Spring Break again. Even with Express Pass, and all the single rider strategies, the sheer volume of humans was WAY more than past years. There were many times that wait times were well beyond those shown by RF recent videos. That said, I still LOVE this place and my son and I had good time using Rix Flix tricks and fun Easter Eggs.
It a lot better to go during a slow season, but it's hard for people to get vacation during slow times because of school responsibilities.

Wow butter beer (even converted ) sounds more expensive in wizarding world than in the studio tour in uk. Plus they have butterbeer ice creme in uk Harry Potter studio tour.
I'm a ravenclaw and this is something I usually don't do, but I love my slytherins and will stand up for them.

One thing to note is if you can't make it to universal studios or you want to get your wand or other items BEFORE you go you can order some items from their website. Again I personally would only use it if you aren't able to go or you want your wand before you go.
