What do you expect from wanna be gang bangers?
.by order for the love of money.
There are some circumstances where it's acceptable like speeding to catch a speeder, and arresting a criminal is technically assault. But they take it way too far and think that the law doesn't apply to them at all.
Throwing your perceived “authority” around and assaulting innocent civilians has become the mainstay of today’s police, all with ZERO accountability and the ridiculous protection of Qualified Immunity. It’s absolutely DISGUSTING that we’ve allowed this to occur…
I agree. Not only allow it but many in the population applaud it. As you said, disgusting!!
We are treated like inmates rather than citizens who are granted liberty.
QI is out the door when you state your constitutional rights and the lawbreaker violates it...Many court cases have stated this and Judges point this out to LEO'S that defendant stated several times their CR but yet you still violated their CR with unlawful detainment...thankfully some places have done away with QI...the ball has started to roll and hopefully it picks up speed😁
You are seriously SO lost. What a rigid ideologue you are. "Assaulting innocent civilians" 😅😅
Two Black Labs AMEN!
Mr Isreal, you need to be more widely known. Thank you for what you do. GOD bless

The cops walks into your face. When you get upset at this, they will say you were belligerent and "getting in their face", followed quickly by arrest for disorderly conduct. Yes, they do it on camera. Qualified Immunity is a hell of a drug.
Not if you defend yourself from assault ;)
so do the auditors, they walk right up to you and shove their camera into your face, they harass everyone, and they are looking for a confrontation from anyone.

That’s a quick way to get a assault on a cop charge

Openly sneeze a few times into your hand when he approaches. Use the same hand to tell him to stay back. Block with the same hand if he tries escalating by poking or prodding at you.
You have the right to defend yourself in this situation, it is not against the law. So if the cop touch you like that and move toward you in a threatening way, then you actualy have the right to knock his teeths out.
🤜🥴
Then you will get shot, or tazed, or beaten by a whole slew of cops. Try it and found out. Btw, I agree with you but the biggest gang in the world is the police so if you try what you say you will wind up in the hospital when all the other gang members jump and beat the shit out of you. You have to deal with the Courts if you hit a Cop. The Court will take the cop's word over yours. It's not worth it unless you can record the entire incident. Then maybe you can win in Civil Law Court if you Sue.
