You have a rep yet?
Not yet. Looking to staff this 2nd-3rd Qtr. question on the draw. Is this structure 100% commission so the draw is paid back if they have a bad month? For example. There commission is 3k but have a 4k draw so the additional 1k is added for them to pay back the following month? Or am I thinking about this wrong?
Was literally thinking of hiring for this position today.

Yes, companies that do fires well will have a dedicated fire chaser on staff.

@@TheRestorationContractor Servpro marketing is very aggressive,now they can do the mitigation and the rebuild, more people are familiar with them

Servpro is certainly busy with marketing route stops but I would say that route marketing is pretty ineffective as a whole.
What does Servpro do well? They will have a dedicated rep that takes consistent action. That is a good thing but Servpro as a whole doesn't do very well with plumbers.
Servpro does pretty well getting fires and general claims from agents - this is true
What they don't do well is PLUMBERS
If you want to beat Servpro at a specific game, plumbers would be it in my opinion
