- Jake is back in Flagstaff, AZ for a 4 week altitude camp in preparation for the upcoming track season. In this video, Jake shows us his favorite drills to help increase his speed and get tuned up for racing. His first race will be an 800m at Paris Diamond League on June 9th.
Jake Wightman is a Scottish professional middle distance runner competing primarily in the 1500m. He recently won Gold in the 1500m at the 2022 World Championships.
