How was the seaweed when you got there?
Our first time to cancun was in 1997, and Krystal cancun was there, and was Krystal, 2016, our plane broke at the airport, so the travel agency put us up in the Krystal for the night, free of charge. In 1997, Krystal was a pricey place on the best part of the beach, not so much anymore, but for $900/week all inclusive with airfare, sign me up

What’s the difference between the Krystal, Krystal grand, and Krystal Altitud? Are they 3 different buildings?

Is this a good hotel spot for single travelers who are not looking for too much? I'm a hard worker, looking to relax, walk around stores, and sit around drinking coffee outside. Not too big on the dance or party scene myself.
It might be good for you, it is not the “most luxurious” hotel but it is nice, the beach is really good, sometimes there are party groups. But if that doesn’t bothers you, this hotel might work for you
@@DetailsinLuxury absolutely agree. It's a perfect place for you. There is a mall only minutes from thus resort. And plenty of shopping. It's one of my favorite mid level resorts.
The place is beautiful i had a great experience in cancun mexico but the policies in the hotel are a little meticulous

@@raulreyes150 Krystal Cancun is a good gig but what i didn't like about the inclusives were that the food to eat in the restaurant at the resort does not include with the reservations, and mind you that the resort does not accept cash if you're unaware.
Hello, what do you mean the resort doesn’t include with the reservations ? Doesn’t all inclusive mean that you can eat at any restaurant you want unlimited?
@@anymori9640 I'm saying that you have to pay out of your pocket when going to a buffet at the resort instead if it being included to your reservation.

Por donde empezar! Bueno empecemos por las cucarachas en el cuarto, también por los calcetines debajo de la cama que no eran de nosotros, la limpieza nunca fue buena, dejamos dinero en el cuarto, no era mucho en realidad eran monedas unos 80 pesos de igual manera no era para que los tomaran, las habitaciones eran continuas, podías pasar al otro cuarto sin ningún problema, de suerte que en el otro cuarto estaba familia si no pues te tocaba confiar en desconocidos, la fuga del baño no dejo de tirar agua y tener el piso lleno, el lavamanos de el baño se tapaba, el todo incluido es una estafa, terminas pagando por muchas cosas, hasta por qué te lleven el room service tiene costo de 90 pesos, te cancelan las reservaciones por qué ya no tienen comida (restaurante mediterraneo) que por cierto te lo venden como cortes de carne ‘ riquísimos’ pero con un costo elevado, y lo que puedes comer con el todo incluido nada que ver, el servicio del personal dejó mucho que desear, no te atienden bien y los que te llegan a hacer caso es con su cara de pocos amigos, para poder usar los camastros en la playa tiene costo de 500 pesos, antes y no nos cobraron por meternos al mar, en lo personal no me agradó nada la estadía, con esfuerzo ahorramos para unas vacaciones familiares y elegimos el hotel por ser el ‘krystal’ pero se queda muy por debajo de los estándares que maneja. HOTEL NO RECOMENDADO para nada! Lo único bueno fue el restaurante el Mortero excelente comida y atención.

La playa es gratis y es lo Unico bueno. El hotel nobtiene buen servicio. El hot tub no sirve y la comida y bebidas muy feo. Y muy caro.
