- Hey everyone, I know it has been a while, but I took a vacation with my girlfriend to an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. I hope you enjoy watching! sorry for late reply! i hope you are enjoying your stay! This was in the Altitude tower which is an upgrade from the regular krystal grand rooms. The beach was so close and the water was clear! we didnt have any seaweed problem or bad stench. Our room had partial ocean view and it was nice for the night time view but not necessary

@tiffanyneilan3066 partial view. Still wasn't bad and most of the time, if we wanted a better view we went down to the ocean itself haha
How's the food?
What's the difference between the Altitude Tower and Krystal Hotel?
Altitude is an upgrade/VIP version. it is a separate tower from the regular rooms and you have access to the infinity pool and bali beds. also we had unlimited access to the food

@@Nursebabe4 there are different tiers of inclusivity that is distinguished by the wrist band. we had black altitude wristband which is all inclusive.
Do u get access to both Krystal locations?
Was this in the altitude section of the hotel?
Yes our room was in the altitude section!
what kind of room was that?
its an upgraded room in the altitude tower, separate from the regular rooms at Krystal grand
Hi did you have to put down a deposit?
Hello, we booked through a tour agency so we paid in full for the package

@@TRuffin through our agency, it was around $1250-$1400 ppax. This is including excursions and transportation but not including flight.
How was the food?
There are a few different locations you can try on the resort, brazilian steakhouse, local cuisine, japanese, italian. we tried all and it was good. I personally thought the italian restaraunt was GREAT. Switch up the location everyday, but dont forget to book your reservation for seats because if it is filled up, you cannot be allow to dine that night
Are there alot of vegetarian options? Is the resort good for the kids?
How are the rooms?
My parents stayed at Krystal Cancun few years ago and they said that the food wasn't good.
@@sabreentung8545 yes there are vegetarian options there, not sure how many but there are some. there is a swimming pool, game center, small playground. At the altitude, it was very spacious for 2 people, not sure how it would be with kids but remember the point is not to stay inside your rooms; it does the job for sleeping, and showering. You also get a balcony with ocean view. I can't speak for krystal grand rooms, that is a different tier of rooms. What did your parents have? some cuisine are more burnt than others so many they didnt like, or have more salt in it, I also am not a fan of deep fried foods. I think japanese or italian cuisine is fine. we tried one section that was more of a tapas/brunch by the pool and it was good also. love drinking horchata.
