This house is so tastefully made. I've seen new houses with really tacky tile colors and materials that try so hard to be "luxurious." This house is very elegant and classy without screaming. Great work!

The vibe is really different when a house was designed for a family instead of making one with the intent of selling it. This is amazing.
Presello has been my stress reliever as a college student since the pandemic began. Whenever I watch the house tour videos I'd always fantasize and dreamt of myself living in one of those awesome houses. Like when Julia talks about each and every room and part of the houses, I'm already planning what to do with those rooms.

The house tho, I'm getting a mixed vibe of Asian, contemporary, industrial and a tad of minimalism to it. It resonates it's purpose, the designers and builders definitely understood the assignment for this one, kudos. 👌And the sizeeeee, granted that it's expansive, the ambiance kinda screams warmth and echoes 'cozy'!

Perfect house. Seems like the MBR would be more suited as a study/family room/gym and the other room with the balcony is the MBR.

I love the orientation of the house, But it is sooo huge! But the ventilation impressed me. A lot of walking,lol. But if you have grown kids,you can’t even see each other a lot,because they will stay in their own room a lot. That’s the downside. But you can even have your extended family with you. A big family will do.Very beautiful and amazing!

Can I just say that the staff quarters is actually big than the other houses featured. It's not the biggest but it's decent for the staffs.

the colors reminded me of the luxurious house in 'Parasite' movie
Love the house. Probably 2/3 of the cost of the house is the lot itself. I like the facade and layout of the house but all the toilet and bath looks so so. The dirty kitchen is tiny considering that it’s one of the most used areas in the house. As for me, I would forego the pool and just landscape the area so there’s be more space to move.

Hello Mam, you are doing a good job as Host. Keep it up and dont worry about preposition mix ups and mispronounciation. You are doing a good job. Perhaps you can try wearing something white or lighter shirt but keep the black pants, black shoes, and style of make up and even hair. Just the shirt. Depending on the lightings and background, you tend to blend in with the black shirt but not if you are wearing white.

The house is nice. But may mga makakarelate ba sa akin dito? I grew up in a poor family, yung house namin unfinished or "unfinished concrete wall" so pag nakaka kita ako ng concrete finished na wall sa mayayaman, sinasabi ko talaga na pag nagkabahay ako, gusto ko may wall paint yung wall or may accent, hindi yung concret finish wall. Anyone? I know that it is nice and aesthetic but it really reminds me of how poor we are. Haha

How much is this
It's a great house + Quezon City. Far away from the Manila traffic. The design was well intended for the family. Because of that you got big spaces and full baths. Cons. She said its not to excessive? To many glass doors. Swimming pool is mediocre. Waste of space. I don't like looking at my first floor roof. It's not my design but I still dig it and like it. I like the hallway and easily take the farthest room. It's Quezon City + HOA + Taxes. If I can afford the house, that means I can afford the Taxes. I just hate HOA.
