For some reason the Hard reset It’s not popping up tells me to shut it off automatically because the (EmergencySOS) pops up in the middle. What was the steps I tried volume down volume up and hold power at the same time but it doesn’t shut off automatically

my face id is working after restart or force restar but after som time [idk 30mins or less] face id is not working
no alerts are showing and if i reset it and go setting new face id it is not continuing and i need to restart again or force restart

Mine is iPhone 12 Pro Max, running 14.6 when the problem occurs. Not having any physical damage and my front&back cameras, faceID and flashlights are not working. Ways I tried:
1. Update iOS to 14.7 beta 1/2/3/4
2. Update iOS to 15 beta 1/2
3. Restore my phone
4. Reset all setting
5. Reboot my phone
All couldn’t work.

Hi. Actually I have the same issue. It's all working fine then I can see it won't scan my face so I reset my face id and it says face id not available so I updated to 14.7 and it didn't fixed the problem. True tone gone. Siri was not working and the battery drains too fast. Hoping it woukd be fine by ios 15 and nothing happened. The next day after updating siri became fine. Nothing more.

As I am working for iOS tech support the main issue is with the screen protector, if you have screen protector most of the time the screen protector will be covering the sensors so remove the screen protector and clean the camera and sensor and restart the device and try to set up it will work.

It’s still not working for me :( It was working fine and one day I wanted to re do it so I reset it and tried to set it on again and it said “Face ID not available, try again when iPhone has warmed up” or “Face ID not available try again later” 😭😭😭😭😭 Also when I click it it shows my face for like 1 sec and then it shows that message, so I don’t think the camera is broken so I just don’t understand the problem 😭😭😭😭 someone pls help I’ve tried literally everything. Also it’s a new phone I’ve had it since November 2020 and it never cracked etc. pls help
