- Face ID will not be available and True Tone will disappear if the earpiece flex cable of models after the iPhone XS is damaged. The problem couldn’t be fixed before. But a new repair tool that can bind the new earpiece flex cable and repair the Face ID has come to the market. Let’s check it out!

could a similar method be possible with the dot projector? Reprogramming the dot projector on a new front camera assembly instead of having to repair the old dot projector?
Sure it is possible but still you need to transfer IR camera. Dot projector is not unique data stored in encrypted ic is unique. But if flex is damaged you need to fix flex because data is in encrypted ic.
And then u can restore to normal ios and faceid will work? Or the device must have the jailbreak?

I think it won’t work because you are programming the phone to remember the NEW number the iPhone has to look for. Unless!! This changes the serial on the actual ear piece! Then it should work even restoring the phone I’m sure

J-box requires Jailbreak to read data i think , then the programmer is writing same data as motherboard to earspeaker.
Jailbreak is done only to read the data. The data has been programmed to the new flex cable. Even if the phone is factory reset, there is still data in the flex cable. There will be no problem.

@@justtavi1238 apple wont be able to patch because the phone already recognizes new flex. Apple done the same thing if you replace screen from them so I think Jc figure how apple done it

My earpiece isn’t working but Face ID works fine. Do I need the Jbox to jailbreak as well as the J1S or the J1S only with the appropriate board to read/write the flex cable data?

Only if you get the earspeaker flex damaged you can reprogram it. The front camera assembly is irreplaceable
I bought this device and I've tried emailing to get some help with the "IIC chip not recognized!" error when using the software. It's been two weeks. Why is it so hard to reach anyone from your company??? I'm a new customer and the complete lack of any help is incredibly concerning.

From Xs to 12 (only iOS 14.5.1) we get a jailbreak using uncover 7.0.2, in the settings and put additional checkmarks on install openssh and reinstall cydia without them, the box will not see JB. Next, we read our SN and flash it into the display! Ready!

I’m on 14.3 with my iPhone XS and jailbroken with unc0ver. I got the V1S and wanted to write the information to the new JC flex. The V1S tells me that the phone isn’t jailbroken but it is. It even asked me to unbind with JBOX but I thought JBOX was only used to jailbreak iPhone X and below. Is there something that I’m missing?

No, only checkm8 devices (up to 8/X year), XS-present won't work, though they may in future with other jailbreak methods.

acctually no it wont. This is only for the iPhone X as the checkm8 exploit is only available for iPhone X and lower and this is what is needed to jailbreak!
