- Trooper's Report:
On 4/16/2024 at approximately 1448 hours, Troop A Dispatch advised North Little Rock Police was in pursuit of a red Dodge
Ram 1500 Northbound on US 67/167. NLRPD advised the reason for pursuit was for Theft of Property charges. I, Trp. M.
Leddon, waited for the pursuit at 67/167 NB before the Redmond Road Exit.
Upon the pursuit approaching my location, I activated my emergency equipment and took over the primary unit for the pursuit. I
notified dispatch that I was primary. I quickly noted that there was a break in traffic and began to align for a Tactical Vehicle
Intervention (TVI). I positioned the front passenger area of my unit at the rear driver side area of the suspects vehicle. I made
contact with the suspect vehicle causing it to rotate to the left 360 degrees. The vehicle was able to drive out of the TVI, and
continued northbound on 67/167. The vehicle then became stuck in traffic near the Gregory Street Exit. The vehicle abruptly
braked and then struck a citizens vehicle. I attempted to pin the vehicle to prevent flight, but the suspect continued driving. The
pursuit continued northbound. I found another opening in traffic and began positioning for another TVI by positioning the front
passenger area of my unit at the rear driver side of the suspect vehicle. The suspect started merging left attempting to block my
TVI. I struck the rear of the suspect vehicle causing the vehicle to rotate left 90 degrees. The suspect vehicle then struck the
left wall. The suspect vehicle rode on top of the wall for a short distance and then rotated left another 90 degrees before landing
back on the roadway facing south. The vehicle then struck the wall on the right. I struck the vehicle to pin the vehicle.
I exited my patrol unit and drew my department issued firearm. I gave the suspect commands to show his hands. I then
instructed the suspect to exit the vehicle. The suspect stated he couldn’t. I then advised the suspect to climb out of the window.
The suspect was making no attempts to exit the vehicle. I then grabbed an arm, while a NLRPD officer grabbed another we
pulled the suspect from the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody.
While checking the scene, I located a small baggie containing a white crystalline substance in the area of the TVI. I provided
this evidence to a NLRPD officer who stated it was similar to the baggie located in his pocket. I then checked my patrol unit and
located minor tire scuff on my front passenger side fender. I did not see any other visible damage. The Power Steering Warning
light was on in my unit and my alignment was slightly off to the right.
Trooper A. Garrison arrived on scene and worked the crash with the citizens vehicle (202406949ASP). The driver was
transported to the hospital with head, neck and back pain. NLRPD provided me with report number 24-29339 for their report.
No other ASP property sustained damage and no ASP Personnel were injured during this event. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Why? You out of town?
They'll put a Mountain Dew Big Gulp, 7 Red Bulls, a six pack of Keystone Light, and a cellophane bag of bathtub crank on the Tomb Of The Unknown Hillbilly Tweaker.
95% of these videos prove other wise
Arkansas Police are the best, zero tolerance to the idiots who have no respect for other people’s stuff. Well done guys, glad everyone is safe.
Would you be saying the same if the truck had gone across the barrier and hit some innocent family head on and deleted their children?
@@Bryan-Hensley Depends on the situation, fault would be on the trucker.
@@MukisaSS wrong. That's why states like Michigan and many counties and cities have banned police chases. I'm pushing for a national ban. My mom was t-boned and killed by a cop chasing a traffic infraction person.
The speed and way she was driving, she could have easily done the same and obliterated her own children. At least Arkansas Police have rigorous training in Pit manaovres that makes them pretty accurate at it.
@@Bryan-Hensley- Oh all the ‘What ifs’, What if, What if, What if……
"It said 'Ram' on it. Who am I to not oblige a clear request like that?"
😂😂😂 and clearly the guy running can’t Dodge well enough either
Just a thought.,..... It doesn't say 'please' just RAM. ...... OK.
That's a Big 10-4 😂
Nice truck, too...
Cop was a Ram-bo!
Arkansas State Troopers don’t mess around.
doesn't seem to be reducing chases much, though, does it??
@@northwestprof60 How do you know ?
@@northwestprof60the problem is I-40 that goes right to the state is a major drug corridor. And how do you know it doesn't help
@@northwestprof60 I'm sure you are the armchair youtube comment expert on how it doesn't help anything when they put anyone who runs into a ditch or a wall, I wouldn't run from these guys and I know deep down, you wouldn't either
@@northwestprof60 Just because there are still some absolute idiots around doesn't mean that the ASP method of law enforcement hasn't been effective. Without this there would probably be many times more incidents and accidents and deaths, etc. Fighting fire with fire tends to be the only solution to make some people understand that their foolish breaking of the law will not be tolerated. I wish more states would adopt the same zero tolerance policy and save more lives!
That was F'in AWESOME!
Yeah, it was.
Hell yeah 👍🏻
It smashed the left rear tire clean off. Sparks flying and a bouncy bounce to a stop. Hopefully the rightful owners had theft insurance.
tell that to the poor dudes car that he ran into.
Not for the innocent people involved.
The concrete barrier is stronger than my relationships
Same here but in my case that ain’t sayin’ much.
true words
😭 same
yall must have been with some crazy women.....wait, aint they all
Ur not alone.
Haven’t seen one pitted into a concrete barrier in a while. The fact that he bounced off both sides is like getting a buy one get one free. That’s gotta hurt 😂
🤣🤣 BOGO😂
The only ones hurt were the truck's rightful owner and everyone's insurance rates. The perp is charged with fleeing and possession of stolen vehicle but never destruction of property.
Like a pinball after getting whacked by the paddles.
@@jimsedlock7637Actually they are charged for the damage. To the truck, any property and any damage to the patrol car. I’ve watched hundreds of court cases where the court orders them to pay.
@@jafo617 That's wishful thinking anything can be collected from somebody who likely can't even afford a car, has limited income, and no real assets. And you've seen hundreds of court cases, huh?
As a Texan, I have ALWAYS been hesitant to break any laws whatsoever in Arkansas. I'm 52 now and knew in my 20's NOT to screw around up there. It shocks me to know idiots still drive on the roads. I would like to thank all of these drivers who evade and cause accidents for increasing my car insurance.....
They don't play in the state of TX either. The Texas Rangers are a scary bunch...
@@scottjohnson7877Texas DPS are some badasses. Texas Rangers are just a bunch of pencil pushers now. Not even a shadow of their former selves.
The trooper chooses to be in this and the criminal chooses to be in this. The innocent people did not choose to be in this. If an innocent person gets injured, even a minor injury, the sentence should have 10 years added to it. If we don't get serious about crime, this will just continue.
Should be a federal law. A 10 year mandatory sentence. These kids with these new high performance cars think they’re in a video game.
@@Kridder62 C'MON man, he was an old bald drunk guy in a fifteen year old dodge truck, did we watch the same vid?
Nah, adding vindictive additional penalties is wrong. Real issue is the adherence to existing penalties, if you arrest this person and release them from their sentence, what lesson can ve learned?
Who's the bigger menace, one asshole running or twelve ego driven assholes following
Totally agree, gross public endangerment and destruction of normalcy. Plus restitution camp
I like these COPS, that's how we sounded back in the 1990's dealing with criminals, stay safe guys!
Good old ASP! Love you pits and no nonsense attitude in pursuits.
😂
Why would anyone want to get into a chase with Arkansas State Police!
That guy was jumping around like popcorn in a popper !
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm a New Zealander and even I *love* the Arkansas State Troopers!
State Troopers look badass with all the patches and badges!
Friday night PolicePursuits videos remind me of Sunday nights watching Cops and America's Most Wanted with my ma
Very nice!!
Best police in the globe , God bless you officers!!!!the rest should learn from you!!!time to enforce the laws .
He certainly pissed off the troopers!
Rammed innocent civilians like that, I can see a lot of people being upset.
Arkansas needs to have a car show with all the vehicle they TVI throughout the year! I would travel there to see that!
You can't miss the C-130 landmark at LRAFB! Insane PIT-TVI Trooper Leddon! You rocked his world!
I had no idea a RAM could ride the monorail like a skill skateboarder. The sparks are welcomed highlight.
👍💯🤣🤣🤣🤣
2:38 The most epic pit footage of all time.
I wish every state would make these type of videos public, why does it seem to be only Arkansas state trooper videos that are public?
i wondered the same thing
Other states are available through freedom of information. The request just Hass to be made, but most states don’t have Pitt maneuvers like Arkansas. That don’t make good content on CZcams. I’ve seen that really has some good content is Georgia.
Anyone can do it, it’s called the Freedom of Information Act request, you could start your own CZcams channel where you live and make your own videos.
Oklahoma highway patrol is basically the same as Arkansas state police pit maneuvers they just don't put out publicly like Arkansas state police do but they are basically the same and Georgia state patrol is the same as Arkansas state police look up state boyzzz and they are there
wha? most if not all make dash and body cam available thru FOIA. bazillion channel creators and others find, pay fees, post, repost LE content. just look around.
Finally!
Not the usual suspects!
you beat me to my reply! But I left it anyway....

What? Pickup truck drivers?
No race is immune from stupidity.
Just say black dude. Wait...what???
“Hello… this is Arkansas State police. We’ve recovered your truck. That’s the good news…”. 😱🤣
Oh, the truck was a stolen vehicle?
I was under the impression the driver had stolen some property elsewhere and was fleeing in his own vehicle.
The description doesn't really clarify.
When do they ever have enough money to own their own car !!
...."the better news is the State of Arkansas now owes you a brand new vehicle!"
🤯😩
and the better news is we, at Arkansas State Police, are fully funding the purchase of a replacement vehicle, since we fucked over your old one...
And that ladies and gentlemen is why they are called the pitmasters hoorah
You wouda thunk he we would get the message after the first pit attempt
it takes a special kind of stupid to run from ASP... and yet we have new contestants every week.
Love ASP, my favorite police in America. No nonsense people.
Holy FINAL BOSS pit maneuver. Trooper wouldn't give up.
When he rear-ended that innocent motorist the trooper was like "and I took that personally". They don't screw around, and when you hurt others, all their restraint goes out the window.
That was one of the most dynamic PITs I've seen in a long time. No driving out of that one.
Wow, that C-130 at Little Rock AFB in the post-pit background was the last Herc to leave the evacuation of Saigon with 452 on board...
2:52 remarkable self discipline by the trooper for gently pulling into the front end of the pickup. With the adrenaline still high from the chase, I'd've not been so gentle. That's why he's the professional and I'm watching CZcams...
Seeing videos like this just reminds me how much I love ARKANSAS STATE POLICE!!!!
Reminds me how much I love not driving.
"That was stupid." - Yes it was.
“RAM TOUGH” isn’t quite true in this case is it? 😅
As a damn Yankee it sure pains me to see those beautiful rust free boxes getting all mangled like that.
That was the best, no nonsense, quick pit, I have seen so far..totally awsum❤
Usual suspect & RIP to that Ram ✌💖☮
Ol’ Jethro gonna learn today
That truck was bouncing like a NBA ball.
sweet jesus i got a concussion just watching that pit!😂
He got the first warning, had his chance to stop, but NOOOO
@@johnevans9751 😁😁😁😁
He tried to Dodge the Troopers and they Rammed him!
🤣🤣🤣

😆😁
God ASP is honestly the most entertaining agency in this country.
ASP are simply badass!
mad: the real danger this POS caused.
sad: that was a real pretty truck.
Emphasis on the word WAS
The poor owner must be pizzzzzd. Those older trucks will run forever with basic maintenance. Anything newer is basically plastic crap. Yet the rams came with plastic fuel tanks that will never rust out.
@@327JohnnySS Thats not an "older one". That's a Mid 2010s Ram. They dropped the Dodge in in 2009.
That has to be one of the coolest pits ever.
2:41 Oh my goodness 😮 that was exciting 😱 thanks Trooper Leddon for the great PIT 😂😘
This is one for the highlight reels.
I love Fridays more than ever now!
They must be up by Little Rock Air Force Base, those were two excellent PIT maneuvers, excellent work Trooper.
What's that aircraft off to the left?
@@torchandhammerLockheed C-130 Hercules.
It was near the AFB!
@@PolicePursuits My dad went to C-130 flight Engineer school there back in the early 80's
Well that stopped him.😮
BUBBA done messed up .....
WHOA!! Amazing PIT!!
The K-Rail severed the right rear tire like it was nothing and sent it rolling in the opposing lane for quite a ways. Also note that Mr. Methhead dismounted the rear view mirror with either his hand or his head and left it dangling. Mr. Methhead was too slow in responding to the command to exit the vehicle. He, at one point in the extraction. risked losing both of his arms.
I think these cops did a great job until....they pulled the guy out of the car. Yes, they were angry, but that doesn't give them the right to physically harm him. Even if he was methed-out, he could have been crippled the way they hauled him out. Harsh charges should follow for the perp, not assault.
@@user-gy5so3nl5d This is Arkansas and no "harsh charges" against the LEOs will follow. Mr. Meathhead had numerous opportunities during the chase to safely pull over and exit the vehicle calmly under his own power. He chose not to do so and thus was extracted.
@@douglas-hughesI wrote my comment wrong. I meant to say that harsh charges should be enough on the perp. No need for physical harm.
@@user-gy5so3nl5d Don't run and they won't have to come get you.
As Chris Rock famously said, "if the police have to chase you, they're bringing an ass kicking with them."
@@Divalerie Of course Chris is right. But not everyone knows that. People get panicked and adrenolen kicks in. I still think LE crossed the line. I thought the courts had the jurisdiction to punish perpetrators. Has LE taken over as judge/jury and executioner? Many other departments don't act like Nazi enforcers and still get the job done. Smh
Outstanding!!!
Arkansas Troopers do outstanding work!
Best I've seen in a long time. I wound it back and watched the PIT and takedown twice!
I absolutely love the Arkansas State Troopers.
You can always tell that they are in Arkansas, because noone ever gets out of the way for police.
He "Rammed" the concrete wall
Nicely done Trooper!!
He scored a "10" for the dismount from that concrete barrier! 😅
I notice that the guy driving the white truck (Chevy?) at 2:18 just kept merrily driving along in the left lane without a clue. I wonder if he/she was even aware there was a pursuit going on? Red Dodge truck driver 'I can't get out!' ASP 'We'll be happy to assist you with that'
Some left lane hogs are anti police and don't care. Some are Old people who shouldn't have a license. Some are Kids that also shouldn't have a license. And some are just oblivious to anything going on around them.
Look further down the road in front of that white car, there was a broken down vehicle just ahead. That driver didn't have many options.
@@smeggyhead1 I thought the white van slowed down and put its flashers because of the ASP trooper with his lights and siren on (as you are required to). All the other drivers pulled over except the white Chevy truck. He had plenty of time to move out of the way.
The way that truck jumped the barrier and watching the rear tire shear off was crazy
I love the asp language. So firm and terrifying
Gotta Love that one!
Much better than 20, 30 minute videos.
That left tire makin a run for it!
That belly flop at 3:32 😆
Usual no concern for anyone but himself suspect
WOW! what an awesome display of awesomely awesome awesomeness. 😮
Nice work boys!
Love the ASP! Kickass!
_"Mr Davis, we recovered your vehicle. What 'sthat? Yes it's ok. Nothing a quick buffing can't fix."_
Man I wish I was a cop just for these type of situations!! Sweet pit Leo
Awesome.
Love the ASP Troopers. They will chase you to hell and back...they dont screw around when they catch you.
If they have to come get you, you know they're going to be pissed, lol.
Nice work officers!❤
For those of you keeping score at home, after one it’s ASP 1, idiot 0.
We need more departments like the ASP
That K-rail showed that Ram who's boss.
Cletus don't need Red Bull to get wings.
Excellent pit 👍🏻👏🏻😎
Well, you know what they say: If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
Best PIT!!!
2:24 I feel bad for that driver in the white Lincoln that Chevy stopped in front of it instead of just getting over and maintaining speed.
Holy crap, that Dodge truck took a 75 mph pounding and probably was able to drive it onto the roll back.
Don't mess with Arkansas state Police they are number one in my book

Good work
They just do not fricking play!!!
Best PIT ever! Nice on officer Leddon.
@2:39 I had to watch that several times! Sweet!!! 😀
That was an incredible PIT!
Always an officer post crash that looks in the vehicle while adjusting the radio volume😊
Very nice riding the rail with a ram.💪
The trooper sure swears like a trooper 😂
YES
Textbook pit!
Pursuit ends with a great view of a C-130
I didn’t see it so I went back and watch it again. Still didn’t see it. DOH! I was looking at the sky for it. Yep good view of it!
That'll buff out.
