Jerome = crazy and eccentric loose canon who is based on new age joker with crazies for henchman, laughing always and uses the laughing toxin.
Jeremiah = calm but underneath crazy mob boss who is a genius strategist with actual organized crime under his control, he'll only laugh at key moments but is otherwise unreadable and is more about genius.

outstanding different J.(Joker`s) in Gotham with a incredible acting performance.
