I think Cameron Monaghan is the best JOKER Actor now 2018/19 ( Joaquin Phoenix we will see?). Monaghan plays two outstanding different J. (Joker) Characters like Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger.

I don't think he should be the joker because in the last episode of Gotham jeremiah got scared of Batman as he said show yourself and the joker never gets scared although Jerome could be the joker
