My parents bought a new 1972 Buick Skylark 2 door hardtop. It was the best car they ever owned. I got my drivers license in it. It had the 350 package but it was not a Sun Coupe. We all loved that car!

Excellent choice for your son’s first project car. Why have a Chevy like everyone else? The Buick 455 is also known as the Hemi Killer, King of the Brand X Big Blocks & the Titan of Torque. He is going to have fun being thrown back into the seat when he steps on the gas!

Just sold my 72 sun coupe. Was a fun car to drive. Total production on those was 3994 with only a handful gs and stage 1.
I’m looking forward to getting this one back on the road!

He is definitely excited! We still haven’t fully decided what engine to go with but when we do there will be a video for sure!
