This cop had a IDGAF attitude!
Now he better get into a "need to find a new job" attitude.
@@jaybeemhardscrote7466 😆😆😆 true!
@Jay Brent ?
Can you tell me if you actually have to hand over your paperwork when pulled over? There are several videos out there where the driver just "presents" the paperwork without handing it over and were successful.
It's common to hear lying bastards say they don't care!
Threatening to call his job is way beyond his authority as a cop period.
It’s retaliation and it’s cause to sue the officer and department
Yeah they cant call your workplace. Thats a case to sue just under that threat.
THAT COMMENT WILL MAKE HIM POOR AND HOMELESS, AND POSSIBLY DEAD...RIGHTLY SO!
HE JUST MADE A DIRECT THREAT TO YOUR LIVELIHOOD AND FUTURE.
WHO DO THESE PSYCHOS THINK THEY ARE?
HOME VISITS SHOULD BEGIN TO POUND SENSE INTO THE HIRED HELP!
It’s called third party disclosure, police cannot reveal ANY info about the stop to anyone or it’s his ASS!!!!
Law!
Nope. If you're driving a work vehicle owned by the company, CDL or not, you must notify your company of any citation or warning issued to you. The officer is well within his rights to notify the company of the stop & issuance. The company must then sign the report/ warning/ citation & return it to the state of issuance.
However, if the guy is driving his personal vehicle, then that is completely different.
As for identifying himself after the stop, Indiana does have a law that says you must identify yourself if the officer believes in good faith that you've committed an infraction or ordinance violation.
Threatening to contact his employer, sounds like the LYING bastard criminal , going beyond the standard extortion!
I'm the employer, I'm driving MY business truck, still waiting on his call🤣🤣🤣💯
@@alwaysfilmthepolice2060 Hahaha epic what little emotional douche that tyrant was.
😝😛😜👊✊💪✌🤙🖖
@@alwaysfilmthepolice2060 are you the actual man filming in this video.
If so, even though he has not tried to contact you to complain to you about you in your company vehicle, I have actually had officers call my jobs and try to get me fired for behavior that has nothing to do with my job
@Lando R but wouldn't the officer have to wait until an actual conviction for the offense?
Like, if the cop jumps the gun and gets the guy fired for something that the courts find the guy innocent for, don't we have a big giant problem?
This cop has to go..threatening someone's job is so out of line!! This cop is dangerous and NEEDS to be FIRED ASAP
? shhhh
Never tell them you have a dash cam - let them lie in court first and then produce the evidence which shows they purjured themselves and go to jail lying under oath.
The fact these tyrants keep getting away with threaten to contact your company as a personal vendetta is insane
At the very least that's worth a formal written complaint on his record
At that point the officer is committing criminal harassment and opens himself too personal liability. If the man loses his job, he is due to be made right at the expense of the officer, the department and the municipality. Anything less than 10 times his current wage with a 25% annual increase is too little.
@@rayh592 I agree it's unfortunate however that the money will come from the citizens and not the police department.... if they would take the money from their pocket I bet it would change things.
@Lando R I don't believe they should allowed to no. Too many variables could be going on that could bias the officers opinion. And in this case there was no proof of speeding just the officers word. As much as you wanna believe all officers are good it's just not likely so causing a possibly good family man to lose his job over ego shouldn't even be a possibility. Truckers have the how's my driving sticker on the back, a company I used to work for didn't use tickets like that against you. They would look into it themselves first depending on the type of ticket... speeding, inspections other than government ect.
@Lando R No, they cannot. This is why some companies will run a driver report every year to see what, if any, citations are on their driving record. Many, also have a rule that any citation issued must be reported to your supervisor within x number of days. A single cop cannot go to your company to tell on you. That does leave the door open for civil litigation.
“I’ll be contacting your work” sounds a lot like stalking and harassment to me.
HE EARNS THE ROPE TESTER AWARD!
THAT WAS A THREAT...
PUNISHABLE BY EXECUTION!
“stalking and harassment”. Lookup the legal definitions of these terms and you will find neither apply here.
Simply an officer doing his job in the face of a raging lunatic.
@@ericshun7742 🤣 🤣 🤣 well ur right AND wrong. It may not be stalking or harassment but the cop is clearly retaliating for getting the bird. Just say no............to bootlicking. It can be habit forming.
@@roostercocksmith “…but the cop is clearly retaliating for getting the bird”. Please provide clear unequivocal proof of your statement. Familiar with the phrase “correlation is not causation”?
Was it retaliatory? Yea, probably. Wouldn’t be the first time a leo reacted that way. But in this situation there is ambiguity as to the ultimate reason for the stop. Therefore ruling will almost certainly be in law enforcements favor.
What you believe does not matter. What you can prove matters.
It sickens me when cops are so blatantly corrupt and convinced that because they have framed many innocent people before they are untouchable, but their arrogance will catch up with them. Not content with framing an innocent citizen, he then also threatens to contact his employer in the hope of getting him fired (what a low life piece of work).
yes, but... ALL pigs are like this. There isn't one single day they don't violate the constitution or murder innocent people or do torture
No employer will think too kindly on an employee, driving around in their vehicle, behaving like an idiot, as he flips off cops on the road. Employers are not concerned with your pretense to challenging a corrupt system.
Don't be stupid while using a company vehicle.
That being said, I highly doubt that they actually went to the trouble of contacting his employer to carry through with this threat because of the fact that that is a violation of privacy and that's prosecutable beyond the speeding ticket bullshit.
how do you know he framed him? he may have been speeding
This is a perfect example of why screaming can be detrimental. The cop was literally admitting, “you’re the guy that always records us” but dude was screaming over it. Would’ve been great to have that clearly on camera. Take a breath, calm down, assert your rights and get it clearly recorded
I personally know a guy who flipped off a trooper for nearly colliding with him and was pulled over, cussed out and threatened and written several citations. He went to court and all tickets were dismissed and he then won a lawsuit. I hope this guy does the same. Cops are not out there to terrorize the people. They will lose this fight.
Rebuttal: some cops are out there to cause trouble and we should be armed. The constitution says to guard against all enemies both foreign and domestic (The Police State) 🤔😎
@@AcesDman7 yeah, I mean they’re not being paid to terrorize, they only choose to.
Cops are very much out here to terrorize certain people, and anyone who says no to them. It may not be their job, but that’s what they do.
After watching the videos about Pasco County FL and what their Sheriff department is doing to citizens I’ve changed my tune. It seems some cops are indeed paid to harass, intimidate, terrorize, escalate, etc, etc…
Unfortunately, the cop involved most likely won't personally get sued. That's why qualified immunity must end. Sure, cities get sued all the time, but the officers get no reprimand. They could care less because it's not their money. It's tax payers money.
So you give the guy a speeding ticket and then you want to call his company to make a complaint and possibly put him in a position where he doesn’t have a job. Very professional, way to protect and serve 👍
He should lose his job

Why? The taxpayer pays the legal costs and any lawsuits, not the terrorist pigs.
The guy who did the video posted cop didn't give him a ticket. Just gave back his id and registration. He thought there was a ticket because of what cop said. Cop knew he was in the wrong.
Cop got scared of consequences and didn't issue a ticket which would have been a foot in the door for litigation. I believe all he can do without the ticket is file a complaint or throw big money at a lawyer. The cop seemed to know that too with that last comment, it was the final thread of his ego holding on for dear life as his power trip came to a stalemate.
Giving the finger to someone is not a RAS of a crime officer and retaliation is never a good idea.

UNDER FEDERAL LAW FORCED SERVITUDE IS AN ACT OF SLAVERY, WHICH IS A FEDERAL CRIME!
WHAT CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT REMOVED 'WE THE PEOPLE' FROM THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDANCE, AND
REPLACED IT WITH: WE THE EMPLOYEE?
NOWHERE DO EMPLOYEES HOLD ANY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, POWERS OR RECOGNITION OVER THE PEOPLE!
WE CAN NOT BE CONVERTED TO SERVANTS TO OUR EMPLOYEES AT ANY TIME!
YOU ARE 100% WRONG!
I WILL KILL TO DEFEND MY RIGHTS, AND THOSE OF FELLOW AMERICANS!
TYRANNY BY EMPLOYEE, WILL BE WIPED OUT!
@@AECRADIO1 Of course it does
@Frank Bonazza III Well you just said it, the Judge could care less and yes he could potentially hit the sign. If the trooper submitted the radar results as evidence, then Judge said case closed then off to golf. Depending on the State you can request the current calibration records be submitted with the Radar results. Again if the Judge does not care - Pick your Battles!
@Frank Bonazza III For that high a speed, I would have gotten a lawyer. Over 15 here in SC is a huge fine and many DL and insurance points, for 5 years. Well worth the lawyers fee if you were innocent. Advise for next time.
That is a great point. Every video dealing with law enforcement always has people commenting that are basically assuming that everything is a one size fit all when actual reality is that there are fifty different sets of state laws that can be very similar yet vastly differ on things from each other. A good example many people use is only the coroner can arrest the Sheriff but it is like that on many other different subjects.
Don’t let him off.
Take all them cops down.
Man up
In my state, there are two situations in which you must provide ID to a LEO when asked: 1) when placed under arrest (not detained) and 2) during a traffic stop. However, that requirement does not extend to passengers in the vehicle, only the driver of the vehicle. Know your rights.
Thank you for no longer working as an LEO. You're a better man than most.
The Citizen was FAR too tolerant and polite... Who was that? Mr. Rogers? (ha ha ha)
Ex-LEO/District Court Judge here, when operating a vehicle you must show ID if requested - Period (you are not walking)! Just comply and get their ass in court! I love these channels for informing you of your rights - Keep in mind you should hear - Know your rights in your State! All States have different statutes, some the same, some NOT! Stay informed! Great Vid!
If you HAVE to give an ID upon "request" then it is no longer a request but a demand because a request you have a right to decline. How come it is that so called former cops say "comply" with the cops what's next? The driver has to say "yes massa". It just sounds like cops are allowed to unjustly violate a person's 4th amendment rights because there is no consequences so no reason to be a good cop. Qualified immunity needs to go away, cops get away with too much.
You must be pulled over for a lawful reason. Free expression of one's first amendment is not a lawful reason to identify. If you are a judge then you sir are part of the problem.
As a "judge" I would hope you understand the difference between a request and a demand.
It's getting worse take a few minutes and learn about our rights and let put this shit to rest. Love you brothers and sisters be strong and educated.
"You were not pulled over by a police officer, you were pulled over by a tyrant." - One and the same slappy.
Did he actually "litigate" anything or was this just another exercise in futility ?
his reply to someone else was no actual ticket was given, just the DL and reg back.
We never see the ending of these. My frustrating part I want to see if his charges were dropped or if he won his law suit
Unfortunately most people don't follow up. We try and encourage them to do so but many times they don't
@@WeThePeopleUniversity I don’t blame you. you’re in the same boat we are.
He never wrote me a citation, I have showed video to several litigators including one who won a nice lawsuit against a police department for me already, and they all say there is nothing there to litigate, I still have 5 months to file the Civil Tort though so we shall see💯🙏
@@alwaysfilmthepolice2060 Did he call your employer? Most attorney's are looking at "what are the damages"
@@cobracommander9138 I'm the employer and no the coward hasn't called me yet🤣🤣🤣💯
A corrupt cop needs sacking and charging for false offences
Ya gotta remember all the judges are in on all this as well. That's what they don't care.
the need to hold those cops accountable for everything you do but the court system won't let it happen
Obviously he was given a ticket by an officer who wasn’t the least impressed. Very intelligent behaviour.
Beat him in the courtroom? How, when the judges will always side with these tyrants.
When cops lose these and when they are terminated as police, that should include a permanent revoking of their post credentials, without the possibility to go through training again. They should be done forever being involved in law enforcement.
