There are some things that have not been taken into account despite all the urgency we expect them to complete the project . Yes it must be completed for people to go and live in ASAP.. But Is there a plan for social amenities? Is there a plan for market, school, health facility, transport station, police station, fire station, available site for mechanic shops and others .. Banks and other financial services.. Cos this is a big place and almost equivalent of a small town as its estimated 6000 people to be able to occupy the whole housing unit's. The town planners must start putting all these in place.. As usual they will wait until there whole place is messed up after people have moved before thinking about such amenities.. I really wonder what town planning department does in Ghana.. They just occupy their offices and get paid for doing no work.

You complete just over a hundred houses and Ayariga thinks that is ok. He should go and arrest those who have looted our money for them to go and COMPLETE the project. Even houses that had reached just roofing level were painted to give the place a NIIIICE look from the outside. SHAME

Why don't they move all the Ga people to that saglime housing that would open up beach front development which in turn would creat jobs for the people. Put order in place and would immediately decongest Accra. Then beautify the beach from Bortianor way to Prampram.just like New Jersey or Spain.

Greedy political leaders would end up giving the houses to their own relatives , loved ones or to those who could offer heavy money. It is also irresponsible for this video person to ask all Ghanaians to run to occupy the houses, how can that be done peacefully? It's obvious he did not think deep as a leader.

People, both parties run games on the people. The first party starts the houses, the second party comes to power and states the houses are not up to code. The second party, strip the houses and put in their contractors to work on the houses. The houses, are incomplete after many years while both parties make money to do double work on the houses. This practice is done also in the carribean
