Dude earned every dollar not many players have his work ethic/hustle.
Kobe mentality mixed with athletic equals big ben
@@clipscavenger377 More like Dennis Rodman approach but I see what you mean.
@@bigpayso247 yeah kinda just a better paint defender and dif height but yeah and I don’t know if he had Kobe mentality idk I don’t rlly look/ try to find things about Dennis The rebound Rodman(a nickname I made cuz he was a legendary rebounder) also I wonder what could’ve been is Rodman was like 7’2foot?
Today’s NBA players should learn from Big Ben.
Ben had a Motor forsure. Tenacious on the glass too.
Ben Wallace makes defense FUN to watch
Finally some ben highlights
It was just so amazing to see Ben Wallace perform those powerful rebounds !!!
Ben was one oft the best defender in NBA history. Pistons Champ !
Ben was the most entertaining sight above all. And the Pistons starters with Michael Curry and Chuck Atkins simply told us that we can still find the success to win.
And boy, both the Pistons and Celtics were shooting airballs. That was somewhat frustrating. 😂
I forgot about Chucky Atkins! That’s awesome
Let's Big Ben!!!!
He’s 6’7” and have been playing this way.
6’9” but still impressive.
6'9
Listed at 6'9, but we know he isn't
@@studentathlete77516'7 with the afro
@@studentathlete7751they lie about their height he is 6’7” with no shoes
Bruh at 00:33 when Ben says, "i got em" is gangsta AF.
Other players didn’t even try to rebound 😂
Back when folks played defense
Antoine Walker had G
On God I had his shoes frm Steve n berry 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They couldn’t shoot back then
cause they actually played defense....
@@sebastiancovac7879 no bro there missing wide open shots. The shots they’re missing don’t even look like they have a chance to go in
@@GoldenGloveWinner youre watching a rebound compilation which means shots had to be missed.... that day celtics were off and were missing shots. im sure i could find a game where curry was missing all his shots and act like hes a bad shooter. if you actually look at the numbers todays nba isnt much better compare to 2002. fg% today is 47%, back in 2002 was 44%. 3 point% today is 37% and 35% in 2002. the only significant difference is 2 point shooting. today the 2 point % is 54%, while in 2002 was 46% and there a reason for it. todays theres no handchecking which means players can easily attack the rim, so entire strategy of nba teams today is either attack the rim and go for a layup or kick it out for a 3. mid range game is almost nonexistent in todays nba, but it was big part back then cause you couldnt attack the rim and had to take those tough mid range jumpers.
@@sebastiancovac7879 no the sport has simply evolved and imrpoved over the years just like every other sport.
@@riyadinho6795 or rules were changed so its easier to score
Half of those rebounds were not contested, didn't even need to box out...he had a couple of good hustle/box out rebounds too.
Positioning.
