alright campervanners. Anyone else reading the news and feeling powerless to help. Well here’s a couple of charities that are worthwhile donating to. Either click the link or just Google the charity name and donate summat, even if it’s only a couple of quid it’s gotta be better than nowt right?

dec.org.uk Donate to this charity and the UK government will match your donation. So you can get the government to send some of that fuel tax that you're currently having to pay to the Ukraine, hows that for Karma! DEC is made up from 15 humanitarian charities including the Red cross and save the children

UNICEF are a childrens charity that are on the ground helping the children and parents of Ukraine with clean water, food and life saving supplies

I've created bitly links as the web address was too long, obviously there is nothing in it for me other than not feeling totally helpless. Got my struts from HQ transporters so its time to fit the bedboard

Karl, this is a great build. Well done!
Great job as usual! 😃👍
Really enjoying these builds, keep it up 👍
Lovely job yet again Karl 👊👊👊
Would you mind sharing the width and thickness of your ply plank ?
I always enjoy your videos.
Glad to hear it!
Great job.
Thanks!
Top job bud 😊👍
I wish to build a light bed board using carbon fibers. I am looking for a foam or honeycomb panel, get some filaments and epoxy on that. My bed is in the middle of the bully, without an under construction, hanging only at the walls. The bed board should consist of 3 pieces, so i can stow it away easy to make room for the motorcycle or else. I have the feeling i am not alone with a wish like that...
Aup! Just found your channel and binged the series so far. Quick question... Have/Would you ever convert a Caddy Maxi into a Camper? Would be great to hear your thoughts on it. Cheers!
Fantastic video but it is not on the playlist
Hi Karl, great video. What type of hinges did you use for the bed at the back of the bed board?
Hi karl you are brilliant at what you do 😁 my bed rails are creaking when on uneven roads etc is it possible to add extra rivets to stop this ? Thanks
Great videos Karl, look forward to them coming out.
A quick question if I may. Looking to install a swing out table leg in my t6 attached as normal to the B pillar. Can you just drill and use self tappers for the fixings or do you need rivnuts?
I'd probably go with rivnuts if theres a lot of leverage on it or if the thing you're fixing has a bit of surface area you could use self tappers and some silkaflex automotive adhesive
Cheers Karl, rivnuts it is.
I'm already getting withdrawal symptoms. You'll need to start a new project straight away. 😉
Watch this space
What bourd did you use also was it fitted with edge or track
Hi is it possible for u to let me know the width of ply you used. Thanks.
@@daviddixon5137 it would depend on the rails on your van but it’s around 115cm
@KBeadle hi is that the length. I was wondering what depth the ply was looks around an inch.
Hi... Would you be prepared to do on my van as looking for similar but prices are horrendous
What type of Hinges did you use at the foot end?
I’m considering fitting my own pop top too. Have you found a problem with your insurance being concerned that the pop tops not fitted by an ‘professional converter’? This is my only concern. Who are you insured with? I’ll speak to denby campervans but what sort of cost was the supply only? Thanks. And great series
There are specialist campervan insurers. Just Google it
@@KBeadle ok thanks
Is that Just 18mm multiplex? Is that strong enough???
Hi Karl, as usual great stuff. Could you tell me which model scheppach track saw that is that your currently using? I'm looking to buy one as I'm embarking on converting my tranny custom.
