Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms are quick and easy appetizers. These Mushrooms are filled with a mouthwatering unique flavour and goodness of creamy cheese. Stuffed Mushrooms is easy to make starter which you can serve at home.
Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients:-
- 10 - 15 Button Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Green Chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped )
- 1 tsp Ginger ( chopped )
- 1 cup Red Onions (chopped)
- Salt
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Button Mushroom (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves ( chopped)
- Processed Cheese
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 cup Process Cheese
- Oil
- Coriander Leaves

I tried this recipe twice. It turned out very well, only thing is the mushroom takes good 10 mins to cook.
I just found the pic and the title interesting. I clicked and read get curried and decided this was indian. Then I thought this better be good. I was taken aback. I love mushrooms. But that is a different case. He is very proficient in English , able to communicate clearly to audience so they can understand better. He talks fast , feeding us with lots of information and tips and on and on he goes talking. I had to stop in the middle to go and subscribe him immediately without finishing the video and commenting here. I dunno his name, where he is from, did he study to be a chef or is he doing something different. If he conducts cooking classes I'll be thrilled to join and learn.

I've never made them before and I'm a horrible cook but you make such a great teacher and just perfectly explained it all I feel like this is super simple. I love that you hold this recipe close to you heart because it was you papas favorite. I think you are an amazing cook and if you haven't already you should make a video on just tips and tricks to cooking because, despite how young you look you seem to have such massive knowledge on this. I can't even imagine...and as a person who started cooking at such a young age you must have so much you could enlighten others with. Anyway, thank you for the recipe and I can't wait to try it out

Yes, you have to wash the mushrooms thoroughly to get the mud off completely.

How did you clean the mushroom before using it?
Mushrooms need to be cleaned 2-3 times until all the mud goes off them and it comes completely white in color
@@getcurried how do you clean it? With wet cloth or wet tissue or under runny water? And how long does it have to be dried before cooking?
To avoid wastage of water by washing under runny water you can fill couple of small vessels fill water and wash it through.
You need to dry it until the water goes off
