Regarding the sound: Why not close the damn window when you're recording? Is the Cayman's ventilation system such that you'll suffocate after five minutes with a closed window?
I think the Cayman would make a good winter car. I had planned to winter my GTS (MN) until another option fell into my lap. Maybe one of these years I will. I'd love to go motoring past the people in their AWD on all-seasons :eyeroll:
Hello. I am out here in So CA so I don't really run into the same season issues many do. Just curious, but besides tires, what else do you guys do over in New England to prepare for winter driving? Different weight oil? Since your commute is relatively short do you really even need to "prep" car for winter driving? Again, just curious.
Hey how was the throttle booster pedal feel? Was it twitchy or progressive? I'd like to be able to heel toe my downshifts on my 07 Cayman Base but not have an "on/off" pedal feel. Using a generic ebay throttle booster at the moment for reference. Makes my driving not smooth because the pedal surges at certain positions
Question regarding those aftermarket wheels you purchased... is that an OEM replica or an aftermarket design? I recently was searching for a Cayman and noticed it had the same style wheels as these. Thanks!
HI Chris - I have a '07 Cayman S and I live in RI - maybe a ride (sometime before the snow), I will not drive mine in the snow and Ive already added the IPD plenum and 82mm throttle body GT4 'ish maybe a weekend ride?

Are you going to put a clear film on the front?

too low - living here like you and knowing the lack of plowing down to the payment - I wouldn't do it
What is wrong with your airbag?
did you get the throttle booster installed?
Chris On Cars it plugs into obd2 port? i would need something else.
Chris On Cars i forgot how it worked. now i ask you... do you have an obd2 bluetooth. my throttle says 86% at wot. i wonder why
thats a shame
