    We start with breathwork and move into shamatha meditation straightaway. Each inhalation is an awakening and each exhalation is an act of letting go.
    This meditation isn't about healing or feeling good, but feeling REAL. You will encounter your mental states and be challenged to stay mindful, ardent, wakeful and equanimous. It builds resilience and clarity and wakes you up to the right energies within you to be sent as metta to others.
