You are so right about the soda machines. I was a restaurant GM and the last thing our managers did was pop the heads from the soda machines and put in cleaning solution over night . You can get very sick if it is not cleaned properly. Also the ice machine was cleaned monthly mold can build up in there also. I never get soda in a restaurant water only.
Yeah Staci spent a lot of years in the restaurant business and she has some wild stories. She says servers have tons of side work to do and sometimes it is left undone. 🤢🤮Thanks for watching and sharing your memories. 😊

When Matt tried the Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce, I was waiting for the graphics of smoke shooting out of his ears or flames out of his mouth! The food looked tasty. You are right we missed a great opportunity for some funny graphics. We have had some issues in our personal life that have had us on a time crunch and I just tried to get the videos out. Hopefully, there will be more opportunities for good comedy in the editing that I won't miss next time! I happen to love all 3 diet pops - dr pepper, pepsi and coke. Most people have a preference, but I don't. I have tried to notice a difference in the tastes, but to no avail. Must have been born with lackluster taste buds! As for the fizzier aspect of pops - the pop coming out of pop machines is not very fizzy at all, but the pop coming out of a can is fizziness to the nth degree. I prefer canned pop whenever possible.
And the butter pecan blondie looks heavenly! When it comes to desserts, Stacy knows how to pick them!!
We like all three too. I usually rotate them because I get used to the artificial sweeteners and have to mix it up to trick my tastebuds again. You are right, bottled ones, canned especially, have way more fizz. Have you tried any of the zero versions of those pops? Or have you tried making them on your own in a soda stream? Staci sure does know how to pick them! That's for sure! 😁😊🤣😉

I'll tell you why. The first steak, my husband he ordered Medium. It came out blood red. They took it back to redo it. The second time, it came out with a two foot blonde hair. My husband was DONE! We have never been back. That was in 2014. So yeah, it's been a while, and if there's three restaurants to choose from and one is Applebee's, your choices are down to two! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I am the same way but Staci is a ranch girl! For me it depends on the kind of ranch. Most bottled ones taste funny to me so I usually go for the blue cheese if I have to use a bottled one. Thanks for sharing and watching!
By coincidence I went to Applebees tonight also. Our 2 FOR prices are $26, $30, $32 vs yours $25, $30, $35. I got the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp that was good but not great. I think the next time I will try the Fiesta Lime Chicken that Staci ordered which looked really good. I also have to remember to try the blondie dessert. That looked good. I hope you both are enjoying your weekend.
It's odd that they have different prices like that for different areas, especially that miniscule. I almost got that chicken dish, but I'm glad I didn't now. The dessert was good. This has been a good weekend. We hope you have been enjoying yours too.

Team blue cheese I love the stuff it doesn't have to be dressing lol. We usually got the mozzarella sticks. Our Applebee's closed years ago.

For hot wings I'm team blue cheese. I'm normally diet coke over diet pepsi but I had a fountain Pepsi Zero Sugar at Sam's Club and it was really good. I do Diet Mtn Dew over everything.
Something about blue cheese and hot wings tastes right. Pepsi zero sugar ice cold is one of the best diet pops out there. Diet dew is really good, too! Have you tried dew zero yet?
My husband will take the peppers with him, no sauce because he says all the bottle stuff is so salty. He eats hot peppers with everything. The hotter the better for him.
I respect that. The Chinese restaurant where we are from puts these tiny red peppers on the kung pow. I enjoy eating them with the food. Maybe I need to start doing as your husband does? There is a lot of salt in hot sauces. Thanks for the tip, commenting, and watching!

Mild blue cheese! Homemade, not bottled
Homemade blue cheese is hard to beat, Staci made it one time and it was the best. Homemade ranch is about the only ranch I can eat. I think the preservatives in the bottled ranch give it a funny taste, at least to me. Thanks for watching and commenting!

All good choices. We like Pepsi too though. We actually did a blind taste test with Coke, Pepsi, and Dr. Pepper. We both chose Pepsi as our favorite. We didn't film it but have been thinking about doing it again to see if we choose the same one again. Thanks for sharing!
Yes the taste test would be awesome also. You should do that with ranch dressing also, with homemade and store bought. That would be a fun video. Also do one when you blind folded and you have to taste everything Matt feeds you. That would be cool. Cause your facial expressions would be awesome. My husband just told me we really need to meet you two and have a meal with you all. That coming from my husband is a huge compliment cause he really does not ever want to meet any facebookers but you two he would love to meet. Wow did you just burn your mouth with that hot sauce? That is a really good idea. We are working on setting up a "studio" of sorts so that we can do some blind taste testing type videos. It would be nice to have a meal with some viewers someday.
