So much wealth in LA County. So many absolutely beautiful guard-gated communities you should visit: Fremont Place (only 22 homes right in the heart of Hancock Park), Beverly Park (both North and South), of course The Oaks in Calabasas, Hidden Hills, and my personal favorite for drop-dead awesomeness, the Palisades Highlands. Pacific Palisades is perfect in so many ways as it is not well known and the neighborhoods are truly family friendly. Safe travels and thanks for your tours!

I saw houses like this in Texas Austin and that road was known as millionaires row! We drove down there once and some of the designs of the homes were beautiful. But then you find yourself wondering “who owns it?, what do they do for a living? What do they do on a normal day? Is anyone home now? What does the inside decor look like?” And that’s when you know it’s time to keep driving lol

It's nice for people to see that not all Bel Air and Beverly Hills Communities are 20K Square Foot mansions. Just very nice neighborhoods. I would sacrifice acreage for that 90077 zip code.

houses are too close together and you hardly get a driveway?and why do people have gates around their homes in a gated community?some of the houses are really not that great but im sure they are nice inside. it is nice but if a fire swept up that canyon,they would all be toast.
