  • First ever review video so don't hate too much on my lack of skillz lol
    I purchased a customized PS4 Edge Controller from HexGaming to replace my current controller! This video contains an unboxing, gameplay, and initial thoughts on the controller. The customization features offered on this sight are fantastic and allow you to create a dope looking controller without breaking the bank!
    I would love to try their other controllers as well, they have a wide range of options from PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X and S. So you can pick what suites you best!
    You can find all their options here! www.hexgaming.com/

    When I hold down L1 R1 the blue light isn’t coming up

    Bought the controller and fell in love with it after our short discussion. Felt like my sticks were a little loose and having a 5 deadzone fresh out the box felt wrong but I could live with it, until I took it to Halo. The R1 bumper doesn't always register and I play flipped. Kinda sucks, I suppose I could play with the triggers but my hands feel uncomfortable that way after playing flipped so long. Just an FYI to you and anyone out there researching these controllers. Came in less than 7 days from China somehow but mine had an issue, and it was bought directly from their website.

      Hmm that’s weird and unfortunate that this happened to you! I havnt had any problems with mine yet and mine took 3 weeks to get to me. I would contact them and see if you can return it for a new one

      @@marshzky Do you play flipped? I'm wondering if you've noticed the bumpers sometimes not registering when pressed rapidly. And what were your deadzones like fresh out the box?

    • @marshzky

      @@jayrocs I don’t play flipped cause my triggers have trigger stops. And my dead zones were the same as my other controller. At least it was the same on cod

    Did you think the button placement for the wolverine was an issue being towards the middle so much?

    • @marshzky
      @marshzky  Před 2 lety

      The Wolverine paddles were easier to learn and create a muscle memory for but my hands were pretty stretched out and the controller is a little heavy. I would rate them a 7.5/10

    Did you stick with this controller btw, were the back buttons easy to get used to?

    • @marshzky
      @marshzky  Před 2 lety

      I’m still using this controller and I love it! It took me a bit to get used to the paddles and I had to flip the buttons on the top paddles to the bottom and learn it that way. I’ve got it down to muscle memory now tho so it’s all good! Controller is super comfy too

    • @jayrocs

      @@marshzky So you only use middle finger for both buttons, which are the main buttons the top or the bottom? Like right now I only use two buttons for jump and crouch, on these which ones are the main buttons and which ones are secondary? Also do you accidentally press both buttons at same time since they overlap?

    • @marshzky
      @marshzky  Před 2 lety

      @@jayrocs I use my middle fingers for both sides. The lower ones are what I primarily use with the secondary ones being the top ones. At the beginning I hit them at the same time but now I don’t cause my hands got used to me. Took about a week

      I actually don’t have the controller anymore. Out of nowhere I wasn’t able to slide cancel in Warzone anymore. But that was the only game I noticed something in.
