Stitch could take you anywhere you like - you know that, and at times I feel like opening Google Maps and just sticking a virtual pin on a random location for a surprise destination? Rather random, but isn't that what you're like anyway?

There are more places to camp than you think, looking in to a 4x4 club is a good thing to do where you can look at the set ups others have and places they have been and being safe . A lot consider the NC500 when wild camping

If you're thinking van Eleanor (won't shorten your name yet out of respect), might I suggest a Nissan Elgrand. Wonderful MPV, ripe for conversion or just to camp in as is. I bought one last month and I adore her. Weirdly, I christened her Grace the day I got her.

Your mum is a budding star 😂😂 she should have her own channel 😂😂. You should take a trip to the "Mach Loop" (Machynlleth Loop) in wales. That is a massive valley, not far from the coast, where the RAF and USAF do all the low level training in fighter jets, helicopters and C-130/17. It's a great day out, and you can do a search for the best days/times to go. There are some videos I expect online? There are loads of campsites around the area too. Take care, stay happy 😁❤
Those seaside places would be more inviting with better weather, less rocks and white sand. Only 3 things. To An Aussie, it just looks too muddy to be fun.
Our weather bureau forecasted about 30 mm of rain over the weekend. Apart from a 3O second downpour of big raindrops, We got sweet bugger. I swear if we were any dryer, we would be a convent. The weather bureau suffered a case
of premature jubilation.
If you have everything you need, just drive to new places. It’s not as if you will get lost in the outback. You are on a little island. As for Scotland, I’d wait until it’s just a little bit warmer. There was a New Zealand couple travelling in Scotland during winter, and they got snowed in for a few days, in the middle of nowhere.
Anyway, the weather here will be low to mid 30s for the rest of the week with no rain. There will be no chance of anybody’s feet being frozen.

Hi Mum, nice to see you two having a jolly. Minions is nice, do they still have the bins painted like minions? There was a nice walk up to a climbing spot I've been to a couple of times, I think it was called cheese ring or something similar. Scotland will be cold until April at least, best time to head up there is when the leaves are changing in autumn.

@EleanorGraceDiaries don't worry we couldn't see your teeth at that point 😆. You could definitely make a big cake with a motor like that 😆 should get ya mum one of those scooters (but I will warn you the first time my mum was let loose on one she ran me over 😂) you looked lovely in that blue top. You could always get one of those self contained night heaters that way you won't have to manipulate stitch to fit it in and it should be easy to dismantle and put in the van failing that you could get a 12v electric blanket. You should have put Silence I kill you on that sheep 😆Yes that was a horse in the background lol well if you want to go further afield come up to Reading Berkshire I'd be happy to help you explore my home town.

I get the need for further afield wandering. Have a look at the Yorkshire Dale's, it's half the travel distance than Scotland and, in it's own way, just as beautiful. 😊

you get your personalty from your mum! if your heading north you should go to the North Yorkshire Moors ( heartbeat was filmed there and in the same village a harry potter film was filmed at the train station and a few miles away there is Whitby) or/and the Yorkshire Dales where there is Hawes which is my favorite and close to there there is Asgarth falls,lake semerwater and a pub near by had a 200ft waterfall in there back garden. the Lake District is less than a hour from Hawes
