In this video I show how to make Rasmalai at home. By using simple ingredients.Rasmalai is a sweet serve in festival and marriage function.It is one off the best sweet Dessert in India.
Here is the procedure
First I boiled 1litre of milk and add lemon juice to form chena from whey.
Drain off whey and make smooth soft dough
Make a flat thin ball and add into sugar syrup
After 10 minutes I deep in rasmalai water for about 3 hours
