What is the quantity of milk curdle ?
How long do we have to let milk stirred to get proper smooth texture. Because everytime I try it gets all particles and don't mix so easily

Rasagulla is Odia dish not Bengali. It was Originated back a long time, when Lord Jagganath bought it for Maa Laxmi during Niladri Bije.

Same way pasta is not native to Italy but China. But Italian pasta is native to Italy. But our country is same but still😅😅state wise Bengalis adopted roshogolla from odisha.
