  • In today's video we talk about the impact to the EPA after recent supreme court rulings taking away a lot of power from the EPA.
Could this lead to V8 Engines coming back in force and less shops being fined for DEF deletes etc?

Very true. When I was a kid in the 70s in the south, it was colder. It was all about the coming Ice Age, then it was acid rain, killing the rain forest, hole in the ozone, etc. all resulting in more control, money , and crushing regulations in the name of saving the planet. All one has to do is look at the planets history. We are warmer, then ice ages, warms up, the cold again, then hot, then a mini ice age, then warmer.. all prior combustion engines and factories

People should realize that cars are not the biggest contributor to emissions. What about planes, ships, trucks, etc? There's no real talk about them affecting the environment and yet the bandwagon blames cars. So now we continue to lose what we love for the majority of people who don't even care about cars. Make them go ride an electric train to work while we cruise open roads in loud v8s.

Ppl should realize 90% of the world's pollution comes from India and China. Who have free reign to do whatever they want, without restraints. The green agenda was a big scam and the politicians and media pushed it hard. Nothing we're doing here in America is effecting climate change negatively.. Oil is under the earth for a reason. To use by the masses for hundreds and thousands of years to come. And airplanes, really? Sorry but I'll never board an ev airplane with ai or robot pilots. Things are working just fine the way they are. It's the politics and corruption that are rapidly degrading our society. And if we don't save ourselves soon from this madness we have nobody else to blame. Stay safe yall!! 🇺🇸

If we look at CO2 emissions and where they come from, transportation is only 30%. This incudes car, trucks, planes, trains and cruise ships, everything that has fuel and moves. Buildings are number one and no one even talks about it. 70% comes from buildings and not a word is said.

These conditions lasted an entire decade, a mini climatological event that today would cause all out panic and dire predictions of the end of the world. Less than a hundred years ago but oh how quickly people forget.

How about we plant more trees 🌳? Instead of creating even more emissions by making batteries, wind turbines, solar panels and installing maintaining them, why not plant more trees? I saw a bunch of wind turbines get toppled by a tornado and they caught fire. So now they're making emissions with the fire, then emissions getting responders to put out the fire and clean up the mess. Where does it offset the front end emissions in making them, installing them and maintaining them? Does it even offset?

Congress had a meeting with some scientists about climate change. And the scientists said that if the carbon drops low a certain percentage plants are gonna start dying. And the same video they talked about Australia’s carbon footprint, and the man speaking about it hadn’t answered to how much carbon each type of plant on the in Australia filtered, and there was more plants to filter the carbon dioxide than they were producing. That if you think the oceans are gonna rise, put some ice and a glass of water and wait for the ice to melt and see if it overflows.
If you’d like to hear about some very interesting technology, you weren’t aware of that exists. You should check out the Sean Ryan show Dr. Steven Greer. The stuff is already in Congress right now. They’re discussing things with him and I’ll probably come to light at the end of this year .

What caused the EPA to lose power was the unrealistic standards that were being set for personal vehicles and appliances as well as factories and power grid in my honest opinion OBD1 emissions standards were the best the and most modern vehicles pollute way less the older vehicles but the over regulation that where doing was making vehicles more expensive cause manufacturing to leave the USA and destroying the USA energy independence
And cause vehicles manufactures to loose money because of the unrealistic standards for EVs and ICE vehicles not only that our energy infrastructure in USA is not even set up for mass EV adoption so the whole " green energy " wasn't going to work
It took about ten years to just to get rid of leded fuel and I heard the in 1990s you where still able to get leded in some locations
EVs are still in there beginnings and hybrids are more perfected and that took about 10 years just to get hybrids to where they are today
As for the environment the EPA doesn't care and neither does the EU EPA because if they truly care about the environment they would force China to start to shutdown their manufacturing but they don't why it's simple and you greenies pay close attention to what I am about to say
Our modern society can't function without manufacturing because civilization will always advance to the next level because it's natural because no matter what you do you can't stop even if you where able to get ever current nation to go back to the stone age for the climate eventually another nation will advance in tech and conquer the stone age nations because it's inevitable with a modern society war still happens but it's really not needed because the amount of technology we have makes war ancient relic because it's pointless in modern society but you will always have someone eventually get born who will want to start a war with another nation no different the a tribe advance in tech to become stronger and superior

    Let the free market decide.
    Let it be natural movement.
The grid is in no shape to take on the load of millions of EVs, and there is no plan to upgrade it enough to handle that load. Instead, they want to shut down power production by coal, natural gas and in some cases hydroelectric. The one hope is that nuclear power might replace those, but that is years off once the bureaucratic mess gets fixed to reduce costs.

Stellantis won't be bring back anything good. That's because STELLANTIS and CARLOS doesn't want it.
They want to try to sell their EuroCrap stuff here, trying to pass it off as American products.
The only way I see good muscle coming back to MOPAR is with your suggestion of a hostile takeover.
I only have a hunnerd dollars sitting in a Webul account, but I'm ready to put it where it needs to go. No, it can't compete with others who can put in several million, but it's another hunnerd added to the pot with a purpose and goal
Additionally, I really hope the Chevron decision can do something about the amount of excessive regulation of the ground transportation industry. Trucking has been over regulated, over taxed, and over permitted for the last twenty-five years, and getting worse every day. To start a small, one truck business we have to register and buy permits from four different agencies and maintain four different kinds of insurance. And we haven't even gotten to the IRS yet!!!
And this all applies to diesel work trucks of all sizes, from the 3/4 ton up to the 18 wheelers.
The EPA, DOT, and FMCSA (among others) heave got to get reigned back in!

I think the automakers are too far down the rabbit hole with trillions invested to give up on the gaslighting. If we could return to a simple 70's design with half the average curb weight & no airbags, no electronic displays & so on, we'd be in a much better reboot.

It won’t change anything. California has made up their own rules for vehicle emissions for vehicle as far back as 1965, that were far more stringent that Federal laws. And somehow they get adopted by other states.
States will still make their own laws and requirements.

The problem is it's staffed with a bunch of climate activist nuts. Couple that with chevron deference and you have a disaster in the making. The EPA should be shut down or seriously rained in, I say shut down. Do I want a clean environment, yes of course I do. We can have both. We need reliable energy for everything from powering factories to heating our homes. For this we need multiple options like coal, natural gas, oil, hydroelectric, etc all reliable and relitivly cheap. The EPA would have us use wind and solar which are neither reliable, cheap, or practical for that matter.

Tesla cars are powerful. That is why a lot of people buy them. They then sell them for a huge loss because they are not practical for everyday use. Then if you take into account the cost of the batteries they are even less practical. We do not have the technology to produce the batteries or the needed electricity for even a quarter of the population to run electric cars without doing major harm to the environment.
Automobiles are so expensive and unreliable now because of all the government mandates forced on the automakers. All of the billions of wasted dollars on the making of electric cars that no one now wants is a shame.
If the whole electric switch was going to happen we should have developed a clean way to produce batteries without using rare earth minerals that require destroying large areas of the earth to mine them. They are not infinite so they will run out. We should have been building nuclear power plants to provide the needed energy. There is no cleaner or easier way to produce electricity at the moment. If our scientists can't figure out how to dispose of the nuclear waste then we as humans are not very smart. The moon is already radioactive. That would be an ideal place to start putting it.

"For the record".... I am not a huge proponent of Electric cars. (Maybe someday... But not now. The technology and infrastructure isn't here yet.)
    *HOWEVER*.....
I think what folks are overlooking is the MASSIVE melting of the Arctic permafrost, which is accelerating.
This is putting tons and tons and tons of Methane into the atmosphere.... Which traps heat MUCH MORE effectively than carbon dioxide.
The 'good' (??) news is that the effect is only temporary... The Methane will 'break down' - But that takes about 10 years.
In the meantime ?? More and more methane will cause the world to warm up... Getting worse and worse, year over year, until the situation 'stabilizes'.
Expect more (violent) storms and more floods as things get hotter and hotter.
Now, I'm not saying we folks shouldn't enjoy our MoPars. 🙂 It's just that we need to be aware of the 'bigger picture'... And not take everything we have now, for granted. ❗

Obviously you don’t understand this ruling. The EPA has been running wild charging & fining people all at the same time. This allows everyone that is charged to have a fair trial & not presumed guilty. If be it they are found guilty so be it. They pay the fine & or jail time but not before a trial.
