The formation consisted of 15 aircraft including F-35s and F-16s from the 56th FW and 944th FW, and a KC-135 from the 161st Air Refueling Wing as a Total Force salute to each American serving on the frontlines in the fight against Coronavirus Disease 2019. Air Force Salutes flyovers are a way for the U.S. Air Force to show appreciation to the thousands of heroes at the front line battling COVID-19.

We are well past the point of hot wars. The closest we ever get is something lukewarm in the South China Sea. Worst case it's an operational readiness display over our major cities. Any direct attack, like today's executive order highlights, is going to come within on our infrastructure.

Thanks for another great video. They flew over our city (San Diego) last weekend. I still get goosebumps & feel so proud of our military every time I see these flyovers.

ScotSpeed, sorry I don't know when they'll be flying over San Diego again, except every October for the annual Blue Angels out of Mira Mar. Who knows this year if they'll even have that. Thank you for the flugsnug channel, I watched his video & subscribe.

The missing man formation?
I would like to share how I found you and I think you are the same pilot from the news, they showed you exiting the aircraft and I could see what looked like a GoPro Hero Max in the aircraft. I noticed the GoPro took a screenshot and circled it and sent it to a few of my friends, "Hey look at this, I'm just wondering if the 360 video is personal use, for training or CZcams!!!!" I do hope that you upload the 360 video, if indeed that is a 360 camera. Thanks. I did count 18 Aircraft. You were on the horize so not a good look, thanks. VQ-3 TACAMO - EC-130Q and E-6 Hermes.
