  • We first tried the 360RA prototype speakers back at CES 2020, but these SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000 speakers really blew us away AND they're available in the market now!
    Tl;dr: Sony's 360RA tech is seriously impressive and you really should pop by a store to listen to these.

    always include sound comparison in your reviews

    • @Violet_Evergarden
      @Violet_Evergarden Před 2 lety +1

      That would be nice, but can you really tell the difference anyway if you're trying to find the difference in a video? It would be better to just go to a nearby store where they have these speakers and listen to them (as she stated in the video) and that's what I do when deciding to buy audio devices.

      Why ask for sound comparison!? Headphones or loud speakers cant give the true sound through youtube audio

    As always an excellent review. Thank you. I did not not know that these speakers exist until now. Question: Can these speakers be configured into stereo using 2 units ?

    • @Audiofied
      @Audiofied  Před 3 lety +4

      Thanks for watching! I pinged Sony to be doubly sure of the answer, and they informed me that while you can technically pair 2 or more Reality Audio speakers together, it won't be in stereo. Personally, I think one of the big selling points of these speakers is that there's already surround sound with just a single unit, so there's no need to spend the extra money to buy another one. Really do recommend trying these out when they come to a store near you, it's honestly mind-blowing how good they sound!

    I did listen to them recently, Even though I am a huge Sony fan, I felt these two speakers are really rubbish. Sony had put loads of efforts to design but they did not put much efforts to produce top sound quality. RA360 was good in the 5000 but lacked so much in detail sound crispiness. But the XP500 and the XP700 are top notch.

      Lol I wish I was paid for reviews, would make earning money a lot easier. If you don't see the paid promotion tag (and you'll never see it on a video titled "review"), nothing in that video is paid. With regards to your opinion, sure, audio is subjective, and everybody's entitled to their own opinion. Have you tried the speaker personally?
