What difficulty do you play on in Fallen Order?
Story mode
Youâre good at it
Story Mode
Jedi-Knight
I play on jedi knight or story mode
Story mode, the most realistic difficulty for the Stormtroopers.
No
@Barerwolf I'm aware that they aren't actually weak in game, but I was just making a classic star wars joke about the poorly trained Imperial Stormtroopers.
@@ianlothwolf2018 lore wise they aren't poorly trained, a lot died during bootcamp because of the harsh training, and they were ordered to miss every shot.
@@DinglePinky
Yup, that way they could track them once they had "escaped".
Guys its obviously a joke, dont get lore amd stuff involved
I play Knight/Master, and honestly I love this game but animals are ridiculously more powerful than every kind of stormtrooper except maybe purge troopers but they're rare.
Brayden Breaud I have to turn down the difficulty because I just get too frustrated trying to fight slug after slug after slug all while being chased by 2 spiders
The slugs are just boring to fight honestly, and the first time fighting nightbrothers was not what I was expecting they are actually kinda hard in big numbers.
@@johnmoranta8475 The slugs are easy actually. It's the fucking OGGDO BOGGDO that you should be worried about.
The slugs are annoying to fight smh, not hard but fucking annoying
Hardest purge troopers are the duel wield guys and the ones with the blaster. They keep their distance and deal heaps of damage so Saber throw is your friend.
Considering that the stormtroopers actually hit you with their blaster fire, I'd say the AI is pretty damn smart.
It actually is, unlike in the movie.
Donât think that the AI is smart, think that the movie stormtroopers are idiots.
@@SpinningTurtle66 I think plot armour is too powerful
Storm troopers are really good at hitting things.
They were on orders to miss.
Makes you wonder what happens between Fallen Order and a new hope?
"...went in super aggressivley..."
"Good! Let the hate flow through you."
i bow to your every whim master Xernax
Jedi master is honestly the perfect balance between difficulty and pride with a feeling of accomplishment
AAR0N1F3CT âa feeling of pride and accomplishmentâ
I play on grand master. It is not so hard if you are good at parying
@@lolman4389 yes I replayed the game on gm and it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
Yeah itâs funâs when roaming around. But boss fights best on story mode
@Pig in a Blanket i feel the same except master feels easy so i played on grandmaster and that was more fun
"Pretty average, I'm a slightly above average gamer"
-plays on story mode
Also:
Dies on Jedi Master in a room where he basically just has to slice and dodge.
Goji he died twice in Jedi knight as well.
Jedi master is average grand master is the dark souls of star wars
Rodrigo Capel Dunning-Kruger
And everyone gives such a big shit about what difficulty you play on because?
Story mode: beep boop AI
Knight mode: Average AI
Master Mode: Hard AI
Grand Master Mode: GOOD Challenge AI
Challenging AI isn't just buffing health and making them saber sponges, a good example of believable, realistic and even challenging AI would be MGSV

I guess playing Sekiro new game then new game + makes it seem a Good challenge đ
@@SaltySkeleton bro get good and stop complaining, it's not even that hard, sure the bosses and mini bosses are a bit unforgiving but it's still good

1st playthrough I did on Jedi Knight, was pretty difficult because I couldnât wrap my head around the way the system worked.
But during my second playthrough on Jedi Master was noticeably more fun, mostly due to that fact that the *Parry is a most powerful ally.*
Perhaps if I have the time Iâll do a 3rd playthrough on Grand master to challenge myself since I know the core of how the combat works.
"The Parry is my ally...and a powerful ally it is." Master Kestis 18bby
I did exactly what you did! Definitely recommend doing the game on Grandmaster, itâs a lot more challenging and itâs really fun.
Same man! Just finished the second playthrough on master. I'll wait a bit and do it all over again on grandmaster
If u like the combat system Try Sekiro. This is a warm up compared to that

Played Jedi Grand Master on my first ever run... Was the most fun I had lol.
same, the reward and satisfaction was amazing lol
I was stuck killing the frog monster boss in Bogano for nearly 3 hours. When I finally killed it I was so happy
maikol gonzalez I hope the pink poncho was worth it.
How often did you die?đ
same
My greatest fear: 10 oggdo bogdos attacking me at once
My is 100 Kx series droids
There's a place on Bogano where you fight three of the frog things (not oggdo boggdo but still)
Panda Cakes
That place caught me by surprise and I didnt even get a chance to react before all three of them beat the shit out of me
On my second playthrough of the game I beat him on the 3rd try on master with the beginner abilities I was pretty proud of myself
Mine is inquisitor cal kestis
He is Absolutly impossible to kill
It should be that the higher the difficulty the faster the blaster bolts.
There's less parry time for them. You have to time it better to deflect it back at the shooter.
It is
I agree with this, I havenât touched the easier difficulties combat is very challenging but reflecting blaster bolts is stupid easy.
UnvexedPrism I find it to be too easy to deflect on Jedi Master it even Grand Master. A slight tweak to it would have been nice.
Me: *sees room full of security droids
Me: There's probably a lot of them cuz it's on a higher difficulty right?
Him: 0:41
Me: Well shit
Bombastic: calls himself above average
Also Bombastic: plays on story modeđ¶
I played the story on Story mode, but recently I've bumped up through all difficulties for my explorations. Now I play on Grand Master
I play jedi fallen order on story mode But when I get better I switch to a harder difficulty
I am super cocky and instantly jump to master.. Its actually pretty easy-normal. Because i play hard games.
"I am completely in control of the situation" Gets hit in the face by a scout trooper
Hmmm if anything it would be both
I think
I played on Jedi Knight Mode and heavily considered doing a Jedi Master Run. However I chose to stay on with the Knight Mode. The fighting style of the enemies is pretty spot on to your description. They came at me two at a time depending on the enemy type present in each area. What kind of saved me from a handful of other hassles was tracking down the stim crates and by the time I arrived on Illum, I already was at max with my stims. I also took advantage of BDâs upgrades especially the hack upgrades. Against the KX Droids, it was a relief that if I had to, I could have BD hack one then I could either kill the partner or prep for BDâs hack ability again.
You also donât get passive force regen and lose force when taking damage on grand master. Also, some minibosses have blockable attacks that become unblockable on higher difficulties
I finished the game in Jedi GrandMaster difficulty and I died at least 200 or more times, I am not proud of that.
Go you
Story mode was added afterwards in order to be playable for children since they realized how wide the StarWars franchise appeals to...
Iâm on my second play through, my first was on Jedi Master and now my second is on Grand Master.. at first I was intimidated to go on grandmaster but it is a nice challenge!
i always find it funny that lightsabers act like clubs because it takes so many hits to kill someone in games whereas darth maul died to one hit in Rebels
What song do you use in the background of your videos? Great video, also the story mode difficulty is great for if you want the true experience of stormtroopers
Would love to see a custom difficulty. Mix and match the different sliders so you get the most fun experience for yourself. Iâd love to play with maxed aggressiveness, with the damage and parry window of Knight for example.
I started with Jedi Grand Master and played through the game like that. It felt like the right way to play this game.
2:39 "WE'RE ALONE NOW... JEDI!"
*Proceeds to get force pushed away from the cliff*
I was playing on Jedi Knight, am looking forward to testing the harder difficulties after I finish the game
In my opinion, it really doesnât matter what difficulty you play on, because Jedi Fallen Order is incredibly good at training the player. In my first play through, I used Jedi Knight, and at first I sucked, and then I got really good. Then in my second play through I tried grand master mode, and at first I sucked, but then I got really good. It nice to see how well this game teaches improvement.
You know that trailer for the Force Unleashed 2 where Starkiller is just taking on like fifty troopers at the same time? I want a part of the game like that. Maybe in the future, you'll be able to enter a mode where you just take on a bunch of waves until you die. That would awesome
Youâre doing good Bombastic
For harder difficulty big scary black droids I force pushed them all into a wall with big push ability and kit em a bit while there down to recharge stamina
I play on Jedi Grand Master which I know is a bad idea if you plan on replaying but I just find it fun to push around these bosses and enemies who were absolutely kicking my ass on Grand Master in Story Mode
Great Vid also jedi master
That duel mode combo move looks cool
I played through the entire game on Grand Master and I thoroughly enjoyed it
Played story mode because, like you, I wanted to focus on the story and feel like a overpowered Jedi. Itâs so nice slicing through a group of stormtroopers like itâs nothing.
I at first played on master but I felt like parry timing was too lenient, so I cranked it up to Grandmaster and I think it has a decent balance of difficult without impossible, it makes you play way more strategically and defensively (or aggressively depending on the fight) and seems realistic for the scenario of the fight
i had to subcribe after you took a jab at episode 2 xD
When is the next gameplay video coming out
I only play on Grand Master :p. I farmed those KX droids for skill points too
i had the bd-1 hack ability when i fought the droids it was fun
In my first playthrough i played on Jedi Master and got 100% on it. I then replayed the story on Jedi Grandmaster, which was a bit harder but it was ultimately a fun and challenging experience.
This game Is meant to be played on grand master
No Jedi master
@@tommygunz1174 if that one was the hardest difficulty I'd agree with you. The games to easy on the hardest difficulty I cant imagine what itd be on a tier lower
@@VOlDTALES did you play dark souls?
@@meowmeow10149 yes
Lol dark soul is basically the Iâve played and completed which means everything is to easy
Started and finished on Jedi Master. It felt like an authentic experience of an order 66 survivor force-sensitive who has to take on the burden of being hunted by the empire with very limited training and no battle experience. By the last third of the game I felt more confident with using the force and pushing the offensive and was mindful enough tostay quick on my feet. For a replay I'd possibly go for story mode or Jedi Knight and attempt grandmaster later for completion
I play on Jedi Master, but I turned it down to Jedi Knight 3 times so far: Dueling the second sister, battling the giant owl and that arena stuff when that big blue cave troll from LOTR and Shelob, also from LOTR come at you at once. Other than that, I try to keep the difficulty on Jedi Master, and only turn it down if I'm really stuck.
Played on Knight, thought it was too easy so I upped the difficulty to master, went through and completed another run on grandmaster :D
Good to know that you have the same playstyle as me
I played my first play through on Jedi master. Had a second playthrough on grandmaster with little issue
did my second play through on grandmaster and it was a good challenge
When on Story Mode: âOnLy aN iMPeRiaL sTorMTRoOpEr CoULd bE sO pReCisEâ
When on Jedi Grand Master: Mission;Survive
Storm troopers actually hit shots
What is this madness
They do that when you don't order them to miss
Can you do more jedi fallen order walkthrough pls i'm french but i realy like the walkthrough.
The fight on the rooftop at the end of the first Kashyyyk trip is ridiculous on GM difficulty.
On my first playthrough, I went Jedi Master - beated it and started again the same difficulty, but with my previous knowledge its easy :)
In my first play through I played on Jedi Knight difficulty only changing it go hard bosses like Malicos
I played thru on Jedi Master and Jedi Knight. Surprisingly enough, I think the bosses in the game are pretty easy (apart from the ninth sister and the final second sister fight), but I hate when mobs swarm you. That was the hardest part
Subscribed! đ€
I play the game at Jedi knight I since I am new to these types of melee focused action games.
I played the entire game on Grand Master and it was so hard and i died hundreds of times, but man every kill was so incredibly satisfying
I played jedi knight the entire game until the last boss fight when I realized i have 2 stims and I didnât get more stims beforehand so had to switch to storymode to finish the game đ€·ââïž.
I played the story on Jedi Master, and recently moved up to Jedi Grand Master. It feels so much more rewarding now.
"We actually won really. " That shit made me laugh đ
0:20 rare lightsaber spin
Im only on my 2nd play though but i started on jedi master because it looked like medium difficulty and i haven't played any of the other modes yet
Just finished it. Played on Jedi Knight but switched to Story Mode on some bosses and then continued on Jedi Knight again. I think I didnt play it how your suposed to though because I have seen som videos saying that you cant upgrade your gear by exploring sÄ I didnt see any point in doing that. No side quests etc. So only following the story and killing the enemies in my path kept me very underpowered :P. I was suprised when the game finished and I only had like a couple new lightsaber attacks. Needles to say the game was fucking hard this way.
I play on Jedi Knight, but i sometimes switch to Story mode on the boss battles when it gets too intense
This was actually really interesting, because (I don't want to flex) but I completed the entire game on Grand Master, and refused to change the difficulty even during the boss fights towards the end of the game. I was going to ask how you managed to replay this same section over and over... was it just a matter of quitting before meditating, so that you'd respawn at the start of the section again? I'd love to hear đ
There's a meditation point right before going out there, so you can just kill them all and go back and meditate.
You know bombastic... or Andrew is a noob when he uses a
Double bladed for one enemy
It does shred through enemy stamina faster though, I still don't think it's worth it.
It looks and feels badass using the double blade on the purge troopers with shock staff. Double blade is very fun and does enough damage to not feel useless.
Against purge troopers am using double
It isnât the practical move, but the fun one
Thereâs one benefit, the dual wield attack is a bit lighter and spreads out to get more enemies in single blade but is heavier and can slice KX Series Security Droids in half when starting the attach with 2 blades on like in the video.
I'm playing it in Jedi Master and is quite challenging
This is an old video, but oh well.
My first playthrough was on Jedi Knight, I like the Story but I enjoy some fighting. It was my first time playing a game like this and with and Xbox control too, so, seeing the Stats in the different difficulties I thought of Jedi Knight as my first option, it was kind of hard due not not compleatly udesrtanding its mechanics, I even lower the difficulty some times to then put it on JK again.
Then, some time after fiinishing my first playthrough I tried Jedi Master and I did even better than in Jedi Knight XD
And finally I tried Grand Master. It was challenging in some parts (specially the Malicos Fight, it was like "BRO PLS, STAY STILL FOR A SECOND" đ), but it was also fun as I understood the game better.
Now I'm just excited for Surviors! If we have the same "Choose Difficulty" as in JFO, I would probably play it in Jedi Master.
If there is Force Repulse, that could save you when surrounded.
Grand Jedi master. I like really hard challenges
Good attack for the Robo Room? (That's what I call it). Just walk in and double tap Y next to them.
Usually Iâm pretty good but I play Storymode but after I finish the story Iâll play at Jedi master.
For a little bit of time I did Grand Master bit that's probably because i played and still play assassin's creed but after I stopped playing Jedi fallen order I had to lower the difficulty cause you're absolutely right timed parry's and defense you'll be eaten alive on Grand Master I'm currently Jedi knight to Master hoping that I can get back up to Grand Master one of these days maybe.
What a fantastic game. Playing on Jedi Master.
At the beginning when the bomb lands his socials pop up
R u not gonna post any walkthroughs of Jedi Fallen Order. Plz do
im so glad im not the only one that enjoys the feeling of being OP jedi its just so much easier to enjoy the game and environment.
You can farm xp with the group of droids if you just keep meditating and going back.
I played on Jedi master my first play through but now I'm replaying it on grandmaster
On jedi master the scout commander has an attack where he attacks two blockable attacks then a unblockable attack and on grand master he does three unblockable attacks
There are more unblockable attacks in grand master

Me playing on master on my 1st playthrough: I have the high ground!
Me dying more than I could count: Twice the pride, double the fall.
Me stupidly falling to my "death" on every planet: Hello there, fall damage.
I also insist on using the double blade on bosses with double blade and let's just say it led to some rage quit...
I played in jedi knight and i was stuck for a long time in dathomir fighting taron malicos and changed it to story mode
This game is almost perfect.
I played in master and past the story nice but not too easy.
And now I am repeating the game in grand master thanks to the story, because the story is great and is not too "heavy" you can just replay it.
I have played for like one week and I am currently playing like 3-4 hours a day and I am playing against the ninth sister I have Been trying my hardest because itâs been in the Jedi grand master and when I didnât have power for a couple days I changed it only for the stadium that it was hard i could have done it but I had the electric plant and I wanted something challenging but I wanted to get it in the stadium only I changed it too master and I felt it was a breeze and really it gave me confidence to fight against bigger enemies like the spider and the the big monster from zeffo grand master is really difficult I took like 3 hours to defeat the part of killing the at-st in kasskki (sorry I donât know how to write it) but I think itâs because of its health and parry is a big thing the damage is increased I heard the before starting that itâs hard then I asked what difficulty was he he was a Jedi knight now I wish I could be there it would be so easy and I could I already cheated but I feel that I need to keep trying and waste hours in a 22 hour game I swear I have wasted like 40 hours and I feel that I have done like 20 %
Story mode, but as I am writing this Have somehow failed to make it past the ninth sister boss fight. I always die on her last move where after your final lightsaber lock she immediately bashed her spinning lightsaber which drains all of your health regardless of what health you are at. Can some one please tell me how to block or dodge this move. Iâve been stuck on this level for months. I even pre ordered the game, so Iâve had it since it launched. And I donât even play the game anymore that I spent seventy dollars on. Because I just canât. If you were kind enough to read all the way down here I really need some tips
I played story mode my first time through, my second time I did master, and my third and final play through I did grandmaster and boy was it hard
Nice range of difficulty.
I play jedi knight cz im not very good at the game but love the game
I played on jedi masteri. Although I have grinded my teeth a few times, I came as a better person and real jedi :p Because the game is way too short I started a new game on grand master and considering my expirience with the game mechanics, so far it's quite fun.
First time through I played on story more because I made the mistake of going to dathomire first so I was scared by the absolutely ruthless enemy's then now I'm going to do it on grand master but with a practise as a fully upgraded cal and the easier starting missions I've got the future to defeat the enemys #NeverGoToDATHOMIREFIRST
Jedi master is the best setting perfect balance of difficulty and awesomeness đŻ
I played on Jedi master the whole way through first time, I donât feel like first time going through the game u should go on this difficulty though as the game is more narrative driven and isnât meant to be super challenging and during boss fights especially it takes away from atmosphere created in cutscenes if u die too them like 3 or 4 times
It certainly takes the momentum out. But I think the adrenaline rush you get after finally defeating the boss and riding that rush through the cutscene that plays really amplifies the moment
I was once playing the security droid part and tried to push the droid. I accidentally pushed all of the droids and had to fight 12 droids at once.
Bring back the old intro, it was really funny
I played the whole game through in jedi grandmaster except the last trilla fight, that one really tilted me after I died like 10 times. Other than that I really enjoyed it, but it takes away from the immersion of being a jedi. Feels more like dark souls.
