  • This video shows you how to make this Metal Art vintage tractor using an old Singer sewing machine from 1908 as a basis.
Most parts are handmade by Brutus Metal Art using scrap metal, no rubber or other ready-made material.
    MIG and TIG welding.

Mate your motors and wheels are to die for. Brilliant creations .Your attention to detail is incredible. If I keep at my tractors hopefully one day I may almost be in the ballpark but at the moment I have a long way to go 😂 I am enjoying the hell out of it though. Thanks again for the great video. Take it easy.

      Hi Dennis,
thanks for your comment! What I do is take a good look of existing real motors and than put a lot of work in creating you own!

You do such nice work. I think it is neat because a lot of parts were bolted one. So many of my parts I make with my CNC plasma cutter. You are more creative than I am. Job well done. The biggest problem I have is that I get to much time in something and then I never can sell it to make money.😁😁😁😎

Thanks! I like to use existing parts and give it a different function with a little adjustment.

Coming over from Ian Mathews. That's a beautiful tractor you've made there. I have a lot of metal hoarded. I'd like to make something one day, even if it was just 1kg copper bars. Really good video buddy. Liked and subbed.

Really enjoy your art and you knocked this one out of the park!
Odd question though. In the back ground you have a drill press pretty much just like I have. Do you know how to get the drill chuck off the machine? I have to replace the bearing and having a nightmare of a time with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated... again, very nice work!

I can not help you with your drill press, sorry.
Maybe there’s a video on CZcams how to replace the bearing.
      good luck!

Unos estarán a favor y otros en contra pero para informar esto se hace con desechos que ya no funcionan pará lo que fueron construidos y se recatan dándoles una segunda oportunidad

This isn’t art. It’s wrecking an heirloom quality sewing machine.
I have a BFA/MFA in Art. This is vaguely clever, until people need the tools destroyed.

      Hello Elizabeth,
Thank you for watching and your comment.
I understand your comment, but I have to inform you that the sewing machine and other materials I used were ready to be destroyed like scrap iron.
Now I have transformed these materials into objects that people will enjoy for years to come.
      Have a nice day.
