Inmotion V5F First Test Ride at Maximum 25kph

The weather over 12-15th of June was terrible, there were not many video opportunities. After a dinner, I took the Wheel out to the parking lot at Coco Park, opening up the throttle to see what this little Wheel was capable of.

I’m 4 weeks riding the V5F. Not sure exactly when the tilt back kicks in but I slow down whenever I get the first audible warning.
What safety features does the V5F have before the cut off occurs?
I also ride my wheel till single bar battery but I’m extra cautious not to lean forward to much but I’d like the know what happens prior to cut off, any insights is appreciated.

25km/h is it true? or maximum 18-20km/h?

the V5 version is 20 kmh, this is the V5F which is 25 kmh version
