Yeah I hear ya...gaming in general is a rip-off these days, but fighting games are some of the worst. I fell off this game a long time ago, never should have bought it day 1 (like any other modern game, wait and see). Fighting passes and all this BS are way too expensive and you end up basically paying for the game 2-3 times over after buying 3-5 seasons of Disc-Locked Content (we're back to that kind of DLC, only now it's locked on your Hard Disk on your system taking up space instead of the game disk). There's nothing to even grind for or unlock (battle pass is shit and also really grifty how they tier it) and the drive tickets the moron who commented before me mentioned are sparsely awarded and items cost too many of them. They could have easily made colours unlockable in World Tour or arcade mode like previous games. I also find it hilarious people say the FGC is "poverty" but our games nickel-and-dime us the most. But yea, is what it is...the gaming industry is learning what's up the hard way right now. Oddly enough, the only company weathering the storm is Nintendo who, for the most part, _don't_ participate in the grift of the rest of the industry and just makes solid, complete experiences. It's almost like that's the best way. Huh, odd that. Anyway, sorry for the novel, just commiserating...cheers!

North America 1 sever is usually mostly comprised of avatar battles. That center section is really active. I often have to go to the 2nd server to see people at cabinets.

I'm a firm believer that the first and second wave of dlcs were made with the base game. Technically we should have gotten the dlcs at launch, so the quicker the better.
I hope they'll eventually allow us to customize stage themes, too. A lot of music doesn't fit the current cast, but I'd love to be able to add different versions of Jazzy NYC and Final Fight tracks to the Metro City stage, for example.
I would really like them to bring Remy back soon. he deserves it. He has been away for many years and it would look incredible if he returns with improvements and gives him a third of boxing and his unique Savat. but I don't have street figure 6 to vote
We waited a year for this joke of a balance patch and Capcom still doesn't give a shit about actually balancing or making their game better. They just care about braindead overbearing system mechanics and homogenizing the whole cast. Still broken throw loops and easily fixable obvious horrific balance between characters. All these greedy bastards care about is overpriced exploitative microtransactions and soulless battle passes. These companies will always take the laziest cheapest route possible just to nickel and dime players whenever they can. Always doing the bare minimum when it comes to actually making their game better. I can see why this games player base is fallen off massively since launch and that will only will continue for years to come. Maybe all those people realized how stale, hollow, and homogenized the game truly is. Hurting these companies profits and making our voices heard is the only way these games will ever change for the better. Glad I never wasted my money on this game. It’s the same trash as most other modern FG on the market today and things are only going to get worse because these companies know they can keep exploiting their blind delusional fanboys more and more without any consequences.
