- Wow when moving to Chandler Arizona I never knew this! Chandler is a great place to raise kids. I've been in Chandler Az for 4years now!😁 I moved to chandler from Chicago, IL. Chris took me on a Black history tour not even a mile from Downtown Chandler. It was fun and very educational thanks Chris!! Let's get this area name a Historic Neighborhood. I love my home state of Arizona, lots of history here 👍🏾 I'm half blk & native american my tribe is the Pima tribe who resides south of Chandler & Scottsdale for many years.
I need to be filled in on that history
This was a great video...I get asked all the time “are there any black people in AZ?” So videos like this really help me when I’m answering these types of question. Just moved to chandler from hillsboro oregon, big difference for me but love the weather and my job gave me an offer i couldnt refuse. Hope to get my first house here.

Only drawback i get because i still have my oregon plates people get that 'that guy from oregon' attitude which is shitty at first but whatever. Its the same attitude oregon people have towards californians so i guess karma.

AZ is the Wild West, you set up shop and bring your own influence! With that being said there is definitely Lil sections and pockets out here that got generational culture in it💯 specifically South and West Phoenix!

Depends on budget east side is good - Tempe,Gilbert, chandler, queen creek. The speed of arizona is much slower than Chicago but more jobs and better weather- 4months of serious heat 8 months of good weather

Az hood isnt the same. Chandler hood and east valley hood is safe. Because it ain't hood. Parts of Phoenix look like a third world country. The desert is harsh
