here in california west hollywood and beverly hills this would be over $15,000 per month. in other parts of LA county like mid wilshire, pico robinson, or black beverly hills aka baldwin hills, ladera heignts and view park windsor hills would be $6500 to $10k per month

@@Dakartattooing i haven’t been out here in 15 years i used to come out to visit since i have cousins that live here, i haven’t really explored the city like i wanted to yet so i can’t say i like it or not yet, it’s definitely bigger than vegas, i don’t like how spread out PHX is compared to vegas it’s much easier to move around, you definitely have to have a car to live out here reminds me of houston very big and spread out, also i live in the west valley in north phx and i didn’t know how far out i was from everything so i’m guessing if i go more towards the east valley near tempe chandler or gilbert i’ll have a better experience

@@Dakartattooing weather. Parks hiking. We only get like 3 to 4 months of summer here then it’s over. Winter last like 6 months here but in AZ they have diverse weather. We blacks too . Also you should look into daytrading futures than get you a spot in Scottsdale. How y’all like it?
Hi Dakar! I'm seriously thinking about moving to Arizona from Chicago (South Holland) in a couple of years. I've been researching Maricopa, Tempe, and Chandler. Do you have any suggestions? It'll be just me and I will have a 11 year old daughter. I want to move to an area where my child won't have any race issues with Low crime rate.
Chandler, or Gilbert and race issues will be everywhere besides the hoods or high cultured cities

@monicascott7195 normally when moving our kids to a better environment, there will always be less blacks and that’s where you will get a little racism, but it will also teach them to work with other people outside our culture and we can make sure that they understand everything about our culture from there. I think the value is teaching them to work with other cultures, not only looking at race, but looking at the way they will be able to network and have better opportunities than us living inside of culture neighborhoods are more likely to have robberies violence, definitely in the cities where we are from sad to say

Not worth it: unbearably hot for 6 month and nights, too. Air particle pollution is amount the five worst areas in the word, highway speed limits and controls are not enforced, everything is far away, wages are very, very low.....the winters are very cool. Cold at night (20's - high 30's), and cool (50's - low 60's) during the days. Better than many places but not as advertised.
5th best weather in the USA- everyone has different opinions tho
Being from here (40 yrs of life) we deal with the heat during the summer and maybe and it storm. But no natural disasters like earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, blizzards and so on. If you have AC and a vehicle with AC. it’s fine. Also people from here know not to go hiking at 12 noon in the summer. We stay at pools or do indoor activities. It’s all love. Those who have something to say really don’t have to move here, respectfully.

I tell people here, that it is way more expensive in other states they think the prices here are a lot.

Yes ma’am the west valley is the most dry (we in the desert) east valley or up north is better in my opinion, I tell black people the west valley is normally to far from everything 😅 it’s better prices but if you’re coming from a faster city stay near downtown or east valley.
