The diesel still gets up to speed in 7.8, and if you think about it, the diesel makes the same hp as the old 5.3 in the 90's escalade (273hp in the old 5.3 and 277hp in the diesel). But it has about 50% more torque and it gets that torque at 1500rpm, which makes it the MUCH better daily driving engine vs the 6.2

@@reenachauriya4931 An AMOLED is absolutely a kind of OLED. It's just a particular technology for making an OLED display from individual OLED pixels. It's one of several technologies currently in use.
Personally, I would be much more comfortable with an LCD display. OLED displays are very vulnerable to burn-in when they display the same image for a long period of time, as these will be doing. AMOLED displays made by Samsung are less subject to this problem than LG's Plead displays, but they aren't immune from it, and a car displaying a bright, static display is the worst possible situation. I'd be very surprised if these aren't showing ghost images from burn-in within a couple of years, and replacing those screens will be super expensive.

The redesigned 2021 Escalade starts at $77,490 for the base Luxury trim, but GM reports that 43 percent of buyers paid more than $100,000 for theirs.
"[The] all-new Cadillac Escalade retook market leadership in its segment in Q4," GM stated in its 2020 fourth-quarter sales report. It sold 9454 Escalades in that time, including 2020 models. GM also said the Escalade's fourth-quarter retail deliveries were up 19 percent. Car & Driver

A Jeep that doesn’t exist is out of the question for that reason plus it will be a FIAT which is not known for quality, liability or value. Siting in the Jeep customer lounge will be a vastly different experience than that of Lincoln or Cadillac. The Lincoln lacks the styling of the Escalade and it’s short two cylinders. There really no replacement for displacement. The Escalade is bigger. Go to any big city and see how many Escalades vs Navigators are in the streets. The Escalade is everywhere while the Navigator is a rarity - think about trade in value.

More and more giant 100K SUV's are awaiting American families. Spending 100K on any of them would be a very stupid thing to do. If you must still do so then get the Extended Escalade since it would be annoying to open the rear door and have only enough room for one Alex behind the third door.
