Jess Harwood must be the most underrated British female singer. Her performances for TCRS and RFM are outstanding. Ann Wilson and Stevie Nicks are 2 of the greatest rock voices ever and Jess is right up there with them Wow!

The more I watch this video over time, the more I believe it is one of the most underrated performances by an absolute National Treasure of a group consisting of the finest performers. Jess, Henry, James....... are just amazing and the Sage Gateshead audience were just so lucky to witness this amazing performance.

I think Ann Wilson has the best voice on the planet. To hear another woman hang with the range of that song is pretty incredible. This is only the second song I’ve heard from this band and I’m hooked. They’re unbelievable!

At 2.05...We all know THAT hi note is coming. And it was a spectacular effort. Not quite the power of Anne's but a great effort, and immensely brave. Sweet piano and the Drummer & solo guitarist both nailed it.
Seldom do I like a cover better than the original. THIS is one of those covers......WONDERFUL!
I guess you must have liked Heart's version over the actual original... which was not by them but by i-Ten, four years before Ann & co made a smash out of it!

Damn I can't believe what I just heard. Isn't that Jess from Rumors~??? She's a Goddess~!!! I think my heart skipped a couple of beats listening to her. Besides Ann Wilson and Celine Dion I didn't think anyone else on the planet could sing this song. What an incredible talent and I have watched her sing all the Fleetwood Mac stuff and once again she sounds just like Stevie. She is so gifted~!!

@@ianchappell2907 well then she has improved from where she was a few years ago with performing this, they (Heart) had slowed the arrangement and redid it to fit Ann’s voice but if she’s back to doing this on par with her 80s recording then more power to her! Ann Wilson is definitely one of the greatest rock voices there is.

I read a great comment on another CR video saying it’s important these amazing songs are kept alive as the bands that made this brilliant music get older and we start to lose them. How bloody true. Recorded music is great, put the power of live performances like this are almost spiritual.

Phenomenal performance especially from the keyboard player who was able to nail those freakish high notes! But let's also give props to Heart for being able to still play at their original key till this day.

God I was so blown away with Jess duplicating Ann Wilson to one of the hardest songs there is to do so. And like others have noticed the key board's voice backing her up. This is some fine talent that I have just discovered here and was already in love with Jess from watching her Stevie impersonation~!!!!

After heart really scored massively with ALONE...+ THESE DREAMS in the UK in the 1980's they became a firm favourite at our ROLLER DISCO AT THE LINCOLN DRILL HALL (UK) plus when out and about with our Roadshow, one night warming up before the roller skaters got into the groove I played " "Mistral Wind" just out of curiosity and talk about " Thunderbolts and Lightning very very frightening indeed" what starts out as a slow burner ( someone said it's the wrong speed the intro!!) I just smiled rather smugly not wanting to give the game away and when Ann Wilson's vocals took the roof of the Drill Hall it was one of many many memorable moments to last a lifetime .... nobody could believe me when I revealed it was Heart after the two top 20 Ballad's it took some convincing apart from one 17 year old lad who idolised American Rock and a week later he brought the album in much to his delight and I played a couple more tracks especially for him but they to went down a storm,I also heard Brian Adams .." Run To You" months before he crashed into the UK with the "Reckless" album,well I got some stick but and I remember over 3 nights I played 3 tracks from the album one every night and the response who's this etc again I was lucky and played and introduced to a increasingly expanding turn out of new faces who basically boycotted a rival roller disco in Lincoln ( blowing my own trumpet now ...no apologies though) our music was unbelievably diverse and occasionally groundbreaking and also playing some awesome tunes from the 60's and 70s all of us on stage ...the road crew ,the supervisors and all of the people who made the nights safe and sound but more importantly the roller skaters who turned out 3 to 4 times a week and even booking the roadshow for birthdays, and so many different occasions with so much more diverse music and more ..it was and always will be so memorable for our lives and we still get reviews even though sadly we had to call it a day due to red tape at ridiculous prices ( Health and Safety and venue insurance) but they'll never take away our memories to last a lifetime!!!!!This post is' "DEDICATED" TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED US DURING THE 80'S AND THE 90'S!!!!!! ..... On a personal note if I ever fingers crossed had a significant win on the Lottery I'd create a Roadshow with a light show , special effects and sound system that would emulate the SPECTACULAR "PINK FLOYD" LIVE ON STAGE CONCERT!!!!!!, thanks for reading my post especially if you were one of many from LINCOLN who made us and supported us and so much more ....miss you all more than you will ever know!!!!!
