I'll never forget the heartbreak of that loss, and then being uplifted listening to Ray. Little did we know at the time, but we sure did come back and finish the job the following season :)
Yeah that 2011 Ravens loss hurt. I knew we would miss that fg to tie. That 2012 playoff run was something special. I watch the highlights at least once each year.
I remember sitting on the couch watching the Lee Evans drop catch, and the missed fg just feeling crushed. I sat in that spot for at least two hours in shock.

New coordinators, QB on 5th year option, Cap Hell coming, transition on both sides of the ball, new contenders in our division except this time stronger, expectations supreme around B-More, and no one across the national media will give us a chance. But to be honest, I think Harbaugh would've taken Stevie Wonder to start 2012 over Billy Cundiff. Still an overlooked coaching decision by the goat, John Harbaugh!

What did I get out of this speech?
Play your butt of, and whatever happens happens. Just playing in the NFL is a blessing. A big loss is not the end of the world. There are people out there in life going through some real pain. Hold your head up, make someone smile, then come back and go to work!

This upcoming season is 2012 all over again. Last chance with this core, disappointing endings 4 years in a row, new coordinator, Cap Hell coming, QB on 5th year option, roster makeover, improving division, and Harbaugh being on the hot seat for not being able to get over the hump. THIS IS OUR LAST CHANCE! IF we're going to make a run, we need to ace the offseason, bring back as many guys as possible regardless of status, get healthy, dominate the draft, and Lamar needs to go back to 2019 form. The only thing that would make this even more of a must win season is if we were leaving M&T Bank Stadium. Thank god that won't happen for 10-15 years. ITS SUPER BOWL OR BUST! Miracle Story or Ultimate FAILURE! Boys, we got this, we can do this, and we need you fans to help us out. The 2022 season will be here before you know it. WE NEED TO GET ARIZONA NOW!!!
