This was great. However, it would have been even more interesting if you had included some of the accidental explosions, such as the Halifax and Texas City ship explosions, the PEPCON explosion in Henderson, NV and (if possible) the huge industrial explosions that happened in China a while back.

Falcon xd 4 tsar bombs wouldnt really do anything to people 3000-4000km away and thats not even that far. 1 tsar bomb broke windows of the settlement ~800 km away from explosion, so if 4 were dropped at the same tine its safe to assume being 4000 km away from explosion will face no consequences.

Commander Baccara Productions its a hydrogen bomb, its almost not radioactive. After the tests of the bomb, in 2 hours scientists were already exploring the site. So radiation will only be on a limited territories for a short period of time.
There are no other effects, other than a shockwave, but at longer distances it gets much weaker and almost unnoticeable.
Its also because the version of Tsar Bomba with 50 megatons of power wasnt the final one and was a testing version. The final version had a third stage of explosion, that had uranium and with it power of bomb reached 100 megatons. It would also make it more radioactive, but still not even close enough to destroy the world.

There is no reason in mentioning that the picture has been 'colorized ' when in 2019 literally every device is capable of producing colored photographs. Furthermore, North Korea has not conducted any nuclear tests since 2017, therefore the indication of the year is illogical as well.

Fun fact: the Tsar Bomba was originally going to be even more powerful, sporting a 100 megaton warhead, but it was scaled down to 50 megatons during development.

The even more scary fact is that the tsar bomba was a prototype that was designed to have 2 times less firepower than what the original was going to be.

Well they were scared that they would ignite the atmosphere and turn the entire planet into a fireball.
That's not quite accurate, they were originally going to build the 100MT version but after a few calculations they decided to scale it down to 50MT because they realised 100MT really was insane. They were scared that if the power to size ratio increased exponentially there was a risk of blowing a hole in the Earth and setting fire to atmosphere killing everyone in the world. They were probably right!

This was a comparison of explosive ordinance. I would have liked to see some accidents in there as well, such as the Beirut 2020 explosion, Leiden gunpowder disaster, and the Halifax explosion.

Fun fact original power of Tsar bomb was planned to be twice as much, they decided to halve it so that the pilot would have time to barely escape the blast...
But just imagine an explosion of twice the size, absolutely incredible and devastating.
Pretty awesome video....time for an update to include some non-military explosions like Oklahoma city bombing, the recent Beirut incident, the Tunguska explosion, meteor crater of Arizona, the Yucatan asteroid, and the asteroid/comet that took out the Dinosaurs....and any other known explosions in our solar system.

Just one thing: I wish it had some explanations on each explosions. I had to Google most of the names mentioned in this video, just like I did on the tsunami size comparison. I think it would make the video slightly longer (which I love) and way more entertaining as well as informative. Your content is amazing.

Fun Fact: Somewhere around 100 megatons in size, making bombs more powerful does not cause any more destruction (presuming an air burst) because the force of the explosion punches a temporary hole in the atmosphere and the rest of the explosion expends itself into empty space.

My best guess is blast cloud/mushroom height. Nothing else makes a whole helluva lot of sense.
It measures the height of the blast cloud. ( shock waves can reach thousands of kilometers in case of nuclear bombs)
