Christmas eve was so foggy over the Midwest... It was so crappy out I couldn't go faster than 25mph all the way to my Mom's house for dinner. On the way home it dropped some in temp, so the fog lifted, but it got icy pretty quickly. Other than a plane crash on Christmas day, it seemed to be a safe holiday for everyone I know.. I'm near Iron mountain Michigan...

I honestly think with the way society is constantly looking for a lawsuit, people are just reluctant to reach out and try to help people.
You have a valid point, but having our choices directed by lawyers and insurance companies is the downfall of our civilization. I'll take the risk and help people.
