Texas Alabama .... there’s a few states that have made it illegal - but I’ve stop watching “news” lest I go insane so I could be wrong. Oh man you should definitely get tickets to see him live. It’s really an experience you’ll wanna go through. Offstage, he’s also an amazing guy. Super genuine, generous guy. It’s not unlikely he’s seen one or two of your guys’ reactions.
(He does tend to dodge the clubs that are hip/popular stateside and play dive bars almost exclusively - but I don’t know if that applies in the UK).

Doug is one of the greats! His comedy is cringe worthy. You guys might want to try Patton Oswalt's stand up. More of a laid back comedian.
Everytime I’ve seen him live, he starts with some version of “thanks for coming but here’s the thing, I’m basically leading you guys into battle, not everyone will make it to the end.” Personally, he’s my fav - but it’s an undeniably intense routine for sure.
