      The pill is a blessing for regulating hard debilitating periods. Also takes the guess work out of it and you know exactly the week you get it. You control it and can make plans around it without the nasty suprise showing up at the worst time. Especially out in public. One of the other brides maids at my aunt's wedding had it unawares and it went through her light colored dress. How mortifying! Felt so embarrassed for her.

    I think their plan is much more sinister, Joy. I think it is more about increasing the birth rate, even amongst 16-year-olds. I could be wrong, but they do believe birth control is a form of abortion and life begins at conception. We hear people like them always talking about the birth rates also. And then with all the anti-choice laws being passed, they are probably hoping more people just give up and decide to have the baby.

    So long as it is the law in parts of the United States that minors who get impregnated from rape or incest have to carry the baby to term, birth control should be freely accessible to them. You do not get to trap women and girls into carrying a baby to term.
    Do you know how many girls are raped by their parents? You want victims to go to their parents and ask for permission to get birth control?

    Casual sex is pushed like a religion to us throughout the media and entertainment when nothing about sex was meant to be casual. It is about procreating and bonding with your partner, but we want to pretend as if it actually is something casual, and that's why we have a whole generation of people who think abortion up until birth for whatever reason should be their right. They've been taught from an early age that sex is casual and is an inevitable, daily necessity like food or water, so in their minds, it follows that there needs to be an undo button like abortion if getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant "isn't in their control." The reality is that it absolutely is in your control 99% of the time.
    Because of this mentality of treating sex like a necessity like food and water, they also expect others to pay for them to kill their unborn children or to pay for them when they are born, and if not, they want us to pay for their birth control or other contraceptives. The reality is that sex is a choice, and since it is a choice, you need to be responsible for your own choices. If you can't personally afford an abortion or birth control, don't have casual sex. If you can't afford to have a child, don't have casual sex. It's really that simple the vast majority of the time. You have no business asking people to subsidize the consequences of your poor personal decisions regarding sex. If your sex life is none of my business, then you can bet that paying for the consequences of your sex life is none of my business either.

      Respectfully that’s your belief. Sex is a basic biological drive in humans. It’s literally part of our DNA. It’s how we ensure the survival of our species. Humans will want to have sex irregardless of religious or personal beliefs. Young ppl especially have less active control over this desire. Sometimes the physical release of sex is the ONLY desire of two consenting adults.
      Secondly, birth control is not just used for sex. It as many wide applications for women’s health.
      Lastly, if you don’t want to see more abortions invest in preventative measures. But clearly this isn’t about reducing unwanted pregnancies it’s about pushing YOUR beliefs on others.

    • @bre_me
      @bre_me Před měsícem

      No, it quite literally is not my belief. It is reality. Your sex life is 100% in your control, and it has 0% to do with me, yet people like you want me to have no business in your sex life but want me to pay for its consequences. Your lack of self control, responsibility, and/or morality is not my business. I'm not pushing my beliefs on anyone, and the fact that you're accusing me of that while pretending to be "respectful" in your first sentence is beyond me. Kindly f*** off. @@lubnafawzy-qureshi4075

      Feminist and university campuses don’t seem to agree with you. Any type of advance a man does that women find creepy of predatory even when is not is considered SA nowadays. People use the word incel as a insult. So people don’t believe what you believe, only when is convenient to them.
      Sex is good and natural and a need but women must consent to every single interaction all the way through and they can retire consent up until 3 weeks and men who complain they can’t have sex because XYZ and get vilified for it shouldn’t bee seen as closeted terrorist but “victims” of some kind , following your logic.
