So helpful and easy. I just needed to replace the bracket assembly (not the entire shower head), which can with a pivot ball and for the life of me I couldn't figure that thing out until I saw this video. What a lifesaver & it saved me $25 (what a handyman wanted to charge).

Supposed to hold the arm when unscrewing the shower head… it was moving.
