Yeah the changes they made to sojourn are just incredibly lame. Making every shot give 5 flat charge encourages you to shoot the tank since they can no longer use damage resistances and lower your charge gain, and lowering headshot damage without nerfing the bodyshot means you never have to actually hit headshots and rewards bodyshots more
I must say, my disappointment was immense upon viewing the video expecting to see the giga-chad casually pull off a 5 man boop only to have my hopes dashed :(
As both a PC and console player, PC players are way better than console, not just in aim, but also game sense and positioning. Im diamond ball in xbox but only gold/plat on PC, it's a lot harder to confirm kills on PC. I assume its partly because of the older average age of PC players.

I was diamond on pc at the time and ive still never gotten a team wipe with minefield. regarding the arguments for pc and console crossplay on ranked, lower ranks have different mechanical skill gaps between the two. games are easier to play with a controller than mouse and keyboard naturally with a few exceptions (thats why some people play claw or used scuffs) but higher ranks the arguments in favor of console due to aim assist falls apart when you find out most top 500 console players use xims. on paper aim assist seems powerful but that isn't nor will ever be the case. tldr: the skill ceiling for mechanics on mouse and keyboard is higher than controller, but that only makes the gap between lower ranks and higher ranks bigger between the two with mnk having a bigger advantage since top 500 console lobbies are mostly xim users
I think you underestimate Kiri, she got nerfed a lot but she's still good. The problem is that she's not universally OP like Ana is. She is literally the only all-around hero that can counter Ana nade. Illari has fallen off, she's still amazing though and there are a lot of people that downplay her just because all the other supports are stronger. It's still Ana, Bap, Kiri. Ana and Kiri combos so well together it's insane too, cover's almost every weakness that 90% of comps need.
Bro I just came up with the most awesome idea for a ball rework, make his shield ability like black panthers armor.: as the armor takes damage it charges up with damage and the user can cancel the shield to unleash all the damage stored up or it will automatically activate upon the ability ending. Also we could make that his passive, the shield with the new reworked idea I had or just have the stacking damage affect on the passive idk but this idea I came up with sounds so cool and can work well in so many ways. No matter how they put it in.

Change adaptive shields to be an actual barrier. Give it a longer cooldown, but make it last longer. Additionally make it so that bullets arc towards the shield in order to help protect nearby teammates. Ball's survivability isn't his problem. It's that he doesn't provide any protection to his team. And most people don't know how to play with a ball on tank.
Space and pressure is what so many don't get and fall for the noob trap of stats. They need a mastery course that shows when one's damage or tank is making space and when is the right time to push. If Chazm's team just went with him they could have secured so many kills, but they don't contest dangerous angles, don't flank, and let the Hog take space simply by existing.
just spitballing ideas but what if they kept ball's E exactly the same except you can transfer the overhealth to ur teammates by rolling through them, and maybe even transfer a higher amount by slamming them. you can go in, get a fat 5 man E, grapple and pass some to ur teammate then go engage on the enemy together. could be fun
As a console ball player myself (diamond/masters) the aim assist doesn't help much tbh, it's all about the movement with the joysticks (I normally turn it SUPER down)
Console player here on your comments about aim assist. I find it genuinely annoying as it pulls your aim off targets if another goes in front of your crosshair. If i play hitscan, I turn it off and drop my sense low

Aim assist is literally NOTHING compared to pc aim. You literally just place your cursor (your crosshairs) on someone’s head. Anyone who does anything ever with computers can do that relatively easily. If you don’t play on PC but have used computers, you can easily place your mouse on the “X” on a page to close it out. You effortlessly click on buttons/icons on the screen. Same concept but it’s someone’s head. Just click on it lol. Aiming on mouse will ALWAYS be better than controller no matter the aim assist unless it’s actual aim bot.

have you played on pc before though? Your ability to accurately press the close button on a 2d plain doesn't translate as well as you think it does. Overwatch is a 3d game and thus it's a bit harder than just moving your cursor. I'm not saying it isn't easier to aim on pc though, it's just not as easy as you make it out to be.

And a close out button wasn’t the best comparison as it was kinda vague, but moving your entire hand to a set point is far more accurate than an analog stick.
