- Award-winning NZ Chef Brett McGregor takes us on a culinary tour around the world introducing Olivado to kitchens along the way. Next stop Vanua Levu in Fiji, where Brett visits the Jean Michel Cousteau Resort and learns to cook Jacunda and navigate the food market to try sea grapes. In this episode Brett learns to make coconut tart with Olivado extra virgin macadamia nut oil and a gluten free lobster pizza using pea, tapioca and rice flour...he also makes a beautiful prawn and fish coconut dish, the pure taste of Fiji. Give these dishes a go at home!
Great documentary on the Fijian culture and their food. Love how simple and accessible all the natural ingredients are to make all those amazing dishes!! Love it!
Certainly helps watching this during lockdown
Wat a wonderfull live together wit mother nature. Surrounded wit tecnology n gadgets not real peace. True inner peace is in life. Most of people thought we are peace wit all tecnologies n wealth and power but finally only six feet grave for anyone also.
