- We are zig-zagging all over Florida to show you the best spots to stay warm during the Winter. Vero Beach is located on the Atlantic side of the southern half of the state. It is a vibrant beach town with lots of restaurants and shopping. We actually preferred the expansive, less crowded South Beach area over Vero beach proper. Join Randy and me to see why. ~Trisha

Where will you be traveling this spring and summer?
We are heading west in less than 2 weeks. We had a new engine put in our Jeep and it had an oil leak so now we have to wait for another engine to be put in. Our boys will fly in to Salt Lake City for Father's Day and where we go will depend on the weather. If Moab isn't too hot, we'll go from there to the Escalante area. If it is hot, we'll have the boys choose between central Idaho or Teton/Yellowstone area of Wyoming. What do you have planned this year? Let me know if our paths may cross! ~ Trisha
PS This Fall, we are hoping to go to Portugal and maybe other European countries.
@@wanderwonders1221 , We are camping at Lake Lanier this year , but have a trip to Grayton Beach and Skidaway. Graham is not retired as yet.
@@debbiec6998 when we had our boat, we spent a lot of weekends camping on Lanier. I really love Grayton Beach and that whole surrounding area. I haven't been to Skidaway although we were near there recently while touring Savannah. Have you been there before? You'll have to tell me what you think for next time. Tell Graham to retire already. There's a big world to explore!
