I still come back to this playlist time and time again after all these years! Love it! Wonderful that CCDG is still trucking and Ian is doing commentary elsewhere as well.
I don't get why paul doesn't get more credit for having a huge arm. He is one of the few players on tour who will consistently attack par 4s and 5s for eagles, and it usually takes an absolute bomb to get there. Maybe in a distance competition he doesn't hold up, but for golf shots his distance is better then anyone.
Just wanted to stop half way through this video and say this is some of the best coverage, great video, perfect cuts, good commentary. Great job. Keep up this great job.
Very cool round to watch in 2020, funny to see that terms like "Simon Route" have been around for so long. Also, commentary from Heavy Disc Jason? Nice!
The Horseshoe Putt @17:36 Is impressive and a true OG putt, it actually not as hard as you would think once you master the feeling, your elbow basically comes up like a chicken wing and creates a hinge, keep your disc on the line and release flat and viola! Oh yea and like 100's of hours of practice. that too. CCDC thanks for all your awesome footage, here i am 2 years later! this is 2nd maybe even 3rd time ive seen this one >
Brinsters putt on 5 is called a "Here ya go son" in honor of all the dads out there that attempt to throw discs like did lids back in the day. P.s. This video should be called "How to chain out a perfect putt with Steve Brinster"
I hope to see mcbeth play on Columbus, OH, United States course some day. :) Thx for the coverage guys - you are one of the greatest and funniest comentators in discgolf- keep it up-
Milo McIver... what a great course! A long course where half of the baskets cannot be seen but there are routes and you just have to hit them. Just an amazing layout. I have not been to a great deal of courses but I have to say Milo is tops on the list of the ones I have been to. If you go to the Northwest.... play this course!
the genius hole is called that because the t-pad used to be at the base of the hill and someone came up with the "genius" idea to t off from the top of the hill hence the nickname
Still not sure I understand the story on Hole 4. There was a large tree that once blocked that line off the right of the tee pad? And when it fell down it created a clearing to attack the basket from that direction? Was this once an extreme horseshoe shaped hole that pointed out the end of the tee pad and then hairpin turn back to the right?
Central Coast Disc Golf Thanks guys - sent a message :) Really enjoying your coverage. For a relative new player it's really great to see the brand and type of discs they throw.
ok I was SUPER thinkin that you guys had the best coverage on the web (which arguably you still do) ,,,,,,,,,, but honestly i had to watch the "no-commentary" versions of your last round and final 9 of this 2014 Worlds series. The commentary was really great at first, but a few rounds into it i was actually surprised at how annoyed i'd become with the main guy constantly laughing about EVERYTHING, constantly mentioning how easy they make it look, constantly getting giddy about simons big arm lol,,, I dont want to sound like a negative nancy but it just started sounding like a broken record about halfway through the series. If i had a dollar for everytime he admired ulibarri's anhyzer putt..... sheesh. Like, we all know that these guys kick some serious ass, but after a while you just kinda expect to see them kick ass, and when the announcer is constantly in a state of shock and awe at every kickass drive they have it gets annoying. It begins to take on too much of a manic or just 'bro' tone, and i can see now why a few folks have mentioned your commentary drove them nuts :( Dont get me wrong, you guys are still likely the best commented coverage out there, best camera work BY FAR, but man, sometimes I'd just like to hear some straight faced coverage with spurts of humor, rather than a constant and overwhelming giddiness that attempts to bring humor from things like "look at that grouping on the drives, so ridiculous" ... . . yeah we all know they are pros and that where they all landed was the ideal place on the par 5 for their next shot. got it. I guess the guy just needs to keep his composure a little better. No need to be dry by any means, but a little more composed would keep me interested. I love the work on your other vids trying to say which disc is thrown btw!
Hahah this just come up on my page and what a gem
Thanks for the awesome coverage. The color commentary is the best on CZcams at this time. You make it interesting and informative.
Thanks Ben!
you and mcfly make the offseason bareable. thanks.
We do what we can!
If all those spit outs had happened to Nikko this would have to be age-restricted.
This comment aged well 🤣
Woah, 6 years ago we did this commentary!! Long enough that the algorithm is recommending it to me.
Hi Jason!
@@CentralCoastDiscGolf hello, you beautiful man.

Good ones too! Thanks for watching!

Loved to see Steve laughing off all those spit outs other than getting angry.
Great video as always!

P.s. This video should be called "How to chain out a perfect putt with Steve Brinster"
Those spit-outs will make you lose your mind!

These guys are beasts!
Killer footage of a killer card cant ask for much more to take me to disc golf paradise on a lunch break
Hell yeah, Gateway Wizard. Thats what I use. Great putter.
This is awesome.
Hey Ian do you still get notified when people comment on old videos? Just testing you. Thanks for the great coverage.
+Alex Gedra lol yup!
10k! woot woot! That's terrific!
Brinster gets too many spit outs. Love these trees.
nice video as always :)
Ended up in my feed....took a gander....and holy crap Paul looks like he still hasn't hit puberty
Such a sick card
Hey Ian, have you ever noticed that little flip that Simon does right at the end of his back swing? Just saw that today...
Sick putting. Just SICK.
sick card
What a card!
Did Steve litter when he last visited Milo? What's the deal with those spit outs?
***** I don't get it either. I mean he's been very successful with it so its hard for me to criticize. I would think less velocity would be better too
It's weird watching disc golf without a catch cam
Hey Hannah and Brodie
The best!

Great blog check it out!
Thanks Lenny!
Is this in Oregon? I've only been to the courses in Eugene.
+oredaug Yup, Portland area.
It would be nice if you said what disc they were using a little more. Otherwise, awesome coverage guys!
"So your saying there's a chance" :)
Meters we in different countries
Brinster should have been up by like 4 strokes more lol
60 FPS is what the human eye can register
meters - good!
Great job! Get a hold.of me so we can work on more projects together. Tall to you soon. Great job!
Goated card
Brinster vs Baskets.
Crazy card

Ur a dumbass. Watch it one mute
There's no such thing as a "field ace".
Ace means ONE...one shot.
I'm not "upset", I just appreciate accuracy in language.
👍
Why do I have to be a girl to want a pink bag?!
I thought the same thing.
Yeah, come on, it's 2017. :P
28:11 whats so funny?
28.11 doesn't seem to be any laughing. Perhaps a different time?
about 28:12 look at paul mcbeth pointing at brinster and laughing
Ástvaldur Einar Jónsson Perhaps a Brinster fart? Not sure... but Paul is amused.
jee
:D
Steve needs stop his weird putts that's why he missed so many times
