The clutch putting in this video is insane.
Especially at the end. My lerd
. But the tree...
Hey you guys should get Paul and Rick to do commentary over this footage and rerelease it!
I’m not sure they’re buddies like that.
Instablaster.
They mos def are NOT. @@purv989
Ricky's level of composure is unmatched during this playoff. When he hit that tree he knew it may have costed him the win. But he finished off the hole confident and strong. I strive to be like Ricky out there on the course. Great footage, amazing round.
Arguably some of the best disc golf ever played. McBeth flirted with OB on a few occasions. The ability to deliver under pressure is remarkable. Good stuff!!
David Taylor 5 years later and its still some of the best! This round has it all, passion, pressure, battles, big makes and big misses. Just a beaut!
Still is probably the best
Had to rewatch this. I remember watching it live. Can’t remember who broadcasted it back then?
Crazy how much talent Prodigy disc had gunnin for Mcbeth that year. Uli, Wysocki, Koling, Schusterick, and probably other pro's too. This is one of the greatest world's ever.
This is one of the most supportive galleries I've ever heard.
thirty seconds in one woman yells for Paul's roller to hit a tree....
@@joshcallaway1555I could be wrong but afterwards she says “that’s good though” i think implying that it might’ve went out of bounds without the tree. I can’t tell for sure though
watching disc golf nowadays looks like a totally different sport. the technology and players have advanced so much
33:30 summary of my disc golf game
Final "9". This was beautiful.
Great Crowd Shots of those first few holes of the playoffs especially. I loved having some different perspectives. Yours is the first to capture the difficult look Ricky had on his tree hit. How intense.
yes very true. these angles were much better than other videos!
now we just need everyone to bump up the quality of their cameras! especially "dg guy" LOL.
Arguably the greatest disc golf video in existence
both were so clutch. incredible putting
One of the best battles to date! Classic for sure
thanks for the footage guys!!!! It was great meeting you guys at Solitude, Cant wait to see the video
"YEAH RICKAAAAAYYY!"
someone's drunk lol
Great coverage and a great final!
The difference from then to today in their putting is crazy. Missing and getting pumped about circle puts. Now those 2 don't miss from 45 in and it's not a big deal t o them.
Mike Dickey this was for the worlds title. I bet you if this year him and rick or whomever else are in this same situation, they’ll be pumped about making super clutch circle putts. Especially circles edge
Easily my favorite round. You never really see this much excitement!
These are some icons!
That was incredible.
great intense final
Mcbeth is a machine!
Who’s here in 2019!?!?
2021!
2023!
2024
McBeth is the Greatest in the Wolrd.
Yes he is...
SkinnyKenny1234 .....but then here comes EAGLE McMahon
SkinnyKenny1234 aaaaaand Ricky Wysocki!!!!
Even Ronald McDonald would play frisbee once in awhile. Then he decided to get a job selling hamburgers.
Wow the putting
Richard Wysocki
McSassin!
so much OB on that course!
subscribed. keep doing what you're doing.
other than the lighting being a bit bright, looks really good.
Didn't notice any overexposed or "brightness.," but the audio cuts are driving me mad!!! Still, I appreciate what these guys are doing and it is easy to point out flaws :)
How many foot fouls on ulibarri?
G.O.A.T.-
11:12 Wait what? Ulibarri did a bogey? Definetly seemed like a par.
This is why putting wins championships
Ricky lost because of his throw, not his putting
@@jettlivingston4610 he had a spit out early
I'll tell you, the real winner today is the city of Portland. Every time I come here it keeps getting harder and harder to leave. I think they put something in the water.
lmao epic comment
so by tilting the angle of your disc while you are throwing it could change the initial turning curve. So would that be unprofessional to make a disc fly in a clockwise curve (throwing to the left and end up to the right) through a backhand?
The discs always turn the same way, generally in the same direction as their spin. However, if they're released slower than their stall speed, they fade back in the opposite direction of their spin. Different discs have different "stability", which is a tendency to move in the direction of their spin. An understable disc will continue turning in the spin direction without fading back, an overstable disc will do the opposite. You can't really alter what curves the disc wants to travel in, all you can modify is the angle of release and the speed/spin of release.
6 vs 2 titles ..
Who’s gonna punch the dude that yells “ya hit a tree, that’s good tho”
sounded like a woman
Doss. haha. Yoink
Hard to watch Nate struggling so much.
He couldn’t putt for sh*t
The person that yelled "hit something!" on one of McBeth's drives is currently looking for his disc in a lake on the shittiest disc golf course in the world
lol which hole was this on?
First hole
Pretty sure it was because the drive was tracking long/OB and the spectator was calling for it to get knocked down safely.
Wysocki gave it him. Two mistakes did him in
2 mistakes? I see just one
@@jettlivingston4610 his putt spit out on one of the first few holes
Can Jomez by the rights to this and do a commentary!!!
Yes if they would like to we are fine with that. nwdg.tv@gmail.com to get a hold of us.
@@NWDGTV fantastic coverage!
Who’s watching in 2020 during the “Panicdemic?”
Saw this referenced in a FB comment.
A tree costed him a world championship
Evan Gould cost* doesn’t need the ed at the end
It was the spit out putt early
McBeth looks like his mommy dressed him for Sunday School.
It's kind of his thing. Lol
This dude say 'best at his craft in the world isn't wearing enough neck tat clothes' the rest of us watch him cash ten millie and admire his cool
My breast is a beast but I enjoy seeing him pout when he plays bad and loses but that doesn't happen very often
"my breast is a beast" lolol
This comment aged like a fine wine
Man, if Nate's putting was better he could have been in contention for the title....
