- The slumped over grandmother allegedly suffering from a heroin overdose pictured in a photo that has gone viral has pleaded no contest. She faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and public intoxication. The shocking photo of Rhonda Pasek, 50, recently made headlines when police shared it showing her grandson's clearly visible face as he sat in the backseat. Pasek's boyfriend, James Acord, 47, was also in the photo behind the steering wheel and was sentenced to nearly a full year in prison. #InsideEdition
Whoever has this child now I pray that he's safe and being well taken care of. He's gone through too much in such a little time.

How true .i have custoday of my grand daughter have since 2 months old ..she is q1 .i had 2 kids of my own there 30 n 32.i raised 12 kids that r not mine .all b cause of adult invalints that drink ,drug , n only care for themselves n not even that half the time....the worlds rock n for the 👿 devil n kids r the true victims. So 😔 sad shouldnt have custody of a paper towel much less a gift from god....a child
