Can the Flywoo Explorer LR carry a full size GoPro Hero8?

- Maiden cruise with my Explorer LR and Hero8 on crossfire. Taking it easy as I didn't have the right bolt/nut to secure the camera tight enough. Looking forward to seeing how this camera feels on the HEXplorer (coming soon).

It seems to handle it quite well. I guess if it can carry a 200g li-lion it should be ok with a GoPro and lighter batter. Good work!

@@SteveFPV80 I was using a 4S 850 Tattu lipo but I didn't get a solid flight. Having some issues with the new crossfire setup.
Hey great flight i got the explorer too with full hero 7 ! Just want to know which props did you use (i see three pal on yours) ?
Yeah I was using some 4" three blade HQ props for that flight... But Flywoo commented on one of my post that is you use 3 blade you should use 3S. So I've switched back to bi-blade on 4S 🤙

gonna pair my explorer with the caddx orca it's 2.8 oz lighter than the GoPro see if it performs any better but by the looks of your video that will be hard.
I use a Caddx Orca on GepRc babycroc, pretty similar quad, and it does great.

I try to fly Flywoo explorer lr 4 v2 with a full gopro8 and a 850mah lipo.
Didn't work for me, if I make a sharp turn the quadcopter loose control.
How do you fix this?
Yeah you've gotta be smooth on the sticks, she don't fly like a race quad with all that extra weight

Yes stock tune/rates and cool motors... But I've sold this craft and moved up to a 7" quad

@@55ampsthere is a little button on the front right of the beeper. Just push that in for abt 3 seconds and you're all good

I was on a 4S 850mah but haven't been able to get a good idea of total flight time. I just switched over to crossfire and a Tango 2... kept getting a surge of front throttle and it was knocking me out of the sky. Once I get that lined out I'll post another video with total flight time.

My HEXplorer arrived when I got home lol So I've kept the GoPro on both that and my Protek35 and only flown my Explorer around the house without an action camera. BUT I promise as soon as the weather gets nice again I'll post an uncut flight video for you guys. Really appreciate the interest, and your patience 🙏

@@yatharthnegi7716 yeah for sure! I wouldn't take out diving high-rise buildings, but you can see how it handles some light freestyle later in the video
